Overall, the property was perfect. I would consider Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sendai a more upscale Japanese business hotel. Room was clean and modern with a good selection of amenities. It's just a short walk from Sendai Station and conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, breakfast is not complimentary but there are many breakfast options in the surrounding area. I found a cheap onigiri shop just around the corner from the hotel for just 150 yen each and the portions were generous, better than the ones at the convenience stores. There is also Asaichi Market, which I recommend taking a stroll through.

The room was clean, spacious and neat. We were a family of 4 travelling. So we had a connecting room, which was convenient especially with 2 bathrooms. The staff was nice. However, we turned up to breakfast at 9:20am, being informed we had to buy tickets from reception. By the time we got the tickets and went back up at 9:31am, the breakfast place was closed. Then, we had to go back down to get a refund. I feel both the restaurant staff and reception staff should warn us that it was too late for breakfast and there was NO POINT of buying breakfast tickets for 4 people at 9:20am when the place was closing in 5 mins! otherwise, the location was great.

Staff are very helpful,they are patient and polite when answering questions. Location is quite good, take 8-10mins from JR station. There are some restaurants and a market just next to the hotel. Buffet breakfast is delicious.

Has everything needed and still affordable

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and very close and accessible to and from Sendai station and city center. Breakfast was also very good. Would love to stay here again if I ever come back to Sendai.

This is a relatively new efficiency hotel within walking distance of the Sendai JR station. Clean and comfortable room. Reasonably priced breakfast with many options. Friendly front desk staff.

Very good!

It was a very pleasurable experience. I would return whenever I have a chance to. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended. I left my washed socks hung in the bathroom but they kept them Location is somewhat out in the inconspicuous area, yet convenient store is near by.
