Description: welcoming three-room apartment on the ground floor with a large fenced courtyard equipped with table and chairs. Entrance onto bright living room with sofa and dining table - new kitchen equipped with dishwasher - bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with bunk bed - complete bathroom with tub with shower and washing machine. Ceiling blades in every room.

Free street parking in the immediate vicinity.
