“Beware of this property! Property listing severely misrepresented and looks nothing like the photos in the listing. Property has severe safety issues and is in unsanitary, filthy condition There are no smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors as stated in the listing. The washing machine was filthy, covered in pet hair and had thick brown goop in the detergent dispenser. The oven was filthy, covered in some thick reddish brown sticky substance that dripped all over it. There is dust……

“Older, but very well kept home just minutes from historic downtown Newnan.Located on a quiet residential street, and very easy to get to.Ryan, the host, was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions we sent.We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again in the future.Thanks, Ryan!”

“Apartment clean, well stocked, and easy access to shopping and restaurants. This is a basement apartment so you will hear upstairs neighbors but it wasnt really an issue during my stay. The bed linens were uncomfortable, seemed like an unbreathable microfiber fabric. The space overall was cute and comfortable for a short stay. ”
