“The staff was very kind and accommodative. I arrived a day earlier and they were willing to reschedule my cabin at no extra charge. Make sure to program gps while at San Ignacio, data is flaky in the mountains. “Allergic to cats? Not for you! There was one at the time I visited. Basic soap & no shampoo provided if it matters to you. Welcoming water. Delicious & vast home made breakfast.
