"Horrible flooring, carpet worn out, AC window unit not secured could see outside around the edges, towels were dirty, NO Office to check in with, personnel lives in room 3, no outlet to plug into, I decided it was so substandard I did NOT STAY & I want my money back. "When I went to the room, the key couldn’t open the door. When the staff came she couldn’t open the door. So she moved us to another room. When we got there the door did opened but the room wasn’t clean. So the staff told another guest to move out of his room for us. That was the last straw we asked for a refund."
