"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. "Clean rooms. 3 minute walk to metro train. There’s a grocery across the street. There’s plenty of coffee shop and restaurants in the neighbor. 10 minute walk to a train that connects to another train going to the airport. Area is safe. There’s that banging noise coming from a street 2 nights in a row, couldn’t sleep. Overall, the property is very clean and Milena responded quickly to my questions. "

"The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodated all of our needs. Our flight arrived early and we were able to store our luggage conveniently in a basement locker location that was very secure. The bed was exceptionally comfortable had some trouble with the shower and it was kind of messy so we had to get extra towels to mop everything up. Location was good in the Gothic district and close to La Rambla. Definitely an older neighborhood."
