"GoldOne is a wonderful hotel. Several people in the staff speak a very good English. The rooms are comfortable and elegant and with a view. I liked the location on the top of a gully full of vegetation that runs down to the sea. Here and there you see the occasional palm tree, it reminded me of the Amalfi coast."

"Everything was great, my only minor complaint is that our room was pretty far from the main lobby so it was a haul. However, we were really close to a side exit door and had easy access to the pool area which made it worth it. My kids loved the pool and kids play area. During our trip in mid-April, it was still a bit chilly outside but the pools are temperature controlled so it was great. We took dips during the day and in the evening, when they had live music. Breakfast was beyond amazing. So many choices and a separate area with sweet treats for the kids. Hotel is also close to some big tourist spots - just about 10 minutes from the Hello Kitty museum, which was a big hit for our girls. I have been to Jeju multiple times since childhood but this was my first time staying at Lotte and I loved it. I would definitely consider coming back in the future. Highly recommend if you have children."

"Hotel room is clean and spacious. It is near to shopping area and Seogwipo olle market is just few minutes walk. Food street is also near to hotel. "
