弘大站步行10分鐘內，走出去就是弘大商圈，隔壁橋村炸雞。格局有點奇怪但空間寬敞，打開3、4個行李箱沒問題，部分地板還有鋪磁磚。冷氣是可調溫度且蠻安靜的。免費早餐選項少但不錯吃。

很安靜隔音很好，地理位置不錯，雖然離地鐵有一小段、但靠近機場巴士也是不錯的！但房內的設備有損壞未修繕：門口感應燈不亮、廁所地磚破裂、廁所拉門難拉，除此之外都很棒！

缺點：設施好殘舊，房間設計古怪，我住的房間有浴缸，但是係木造，有發霉現象，相信唔會有人浸。花灑門口會滲水到出面。窗口得一個仲要好細。服務方面，臨走時同front desk職員講想叫taxi, 佢連Taxi都唔識聽，我覺得佢有啲玩嘢扮唔識😤態度十分差，沒有掛名牌，是着藍白間條衫大眼的男職員。酒店距離弘大9號出口都不是很近，要行10分鐘，附近有早更好嘅酒店選擇～ 優點：房間夠大，樓下有廿四小時超市，橋村炸雞、百年蔘雞湯都喺附近，價錢相對比其他弘大酒店平～

各方面都很好，但唯一不能接受的地方是，因為是加了早餐，在四天早餐裏，自助咖啡機壞了兩天，其實餐廳內是有另一部咖啡機，所以在第一次，餐廳服務員仍提供咖啡給我們，雖然見到他真是很忙。但在最後一天，他居然說不能提供，這令我們不能接受。

Awesome location
Fabulous location for restaurants, shopping, as well as airport bus. Will definitely stay here again for the next visit. We are a group of 4, stayed at the penthouse on top floor. We paid for the extra beds, they provided extra toiletries, slippers and cups enough for 4, but not bath towels.

Basic, clean accommodation. Reception not good at english. If you hold a DND sign on door is not work, housekeepers still go in your room to clean. You have to turn on the DND light in control panel.

非常好的一個住宿體驗
在弘益大學站6號出口附近步行3分鐘非常方便,一些簡單得英文都可以溝通,櫃台人員很友善,也有寄放行李的服務,另外又跟飯店借了熨斗,房間打掃滿乾淨的,又有免治馬桶很舒服,只是燈光比較暗一點,但整體來說非常推薦很值得入住的一間飯店。
