飯店偏舊 +地理位置方便
飯店已偏舊~有點學生宿舍的感覺 缺點: 房間暖氣跟電視會自已開關 (即使已經把電源鍵關閉) 最後請工作人員確認這情況 ,最後只好將電視插座拔除 才沒有一直自動開關 不然怪恐怖 暖氣也是 即便把總開關關掉 總是在凌晨自己啟動 啟動聲音又超大 (不知是否為個案) 走廊走道偏潮濕 地板已掀起 起黴 優點: 地理位置方便 浴室打掃整潔

首爾唯一選擇
因為飯店已經經營好多年因此可能稍微有一點舊舊的但整體而言還是很chic的一家飯店，房間size算是適用、小巧精緻。當然最主要位在林蔭大道上的地址實在是太棒的location. 這是我第四次選擇居住這家飯店。

前台服務很好，酒店乾淨整潔。酒店給我們安排的西翼房間較東翼的要新，房間的設施和舒適度都非常滿意！交通也十分方便，下次去首爾還會選擇這間酒店！

地點、景觀都很不錯，但內容略為可惜
房間的設施有點不足，沐浴設備沒有乾濕分離，但地點很好，鄰近美食不少，捷運站稍遠。

A cozy stay makes you feel like home
Good location. Shops are just few blocks walk from the hotel. The cafe right across the hotel serves nice coffee too. This area is less crowded. The lighting and interior design of thr hotel are warm and cozy. I feel relaxed after getting back from outside. A very enjoyable stay. If you don't mind it's away from those destinations in the central city, then La Casa Hotel is your ideal choice.

A cozy hotel makes you feel like home
Nice location. Close to the shops with just 5 min walks. The Cafe right across the hotel serves good coffee too. The lightning and interior design of the hotel are warm and cozy. I had an enjoyable stay here.

Housekeeping & front desk service needs improvemen
I would like to complaint about the attitude of your colleague named Kyle who works in front desk of customer service . I made a call to customer service counter to request of tidy of room when I was ready to go out of lunch at 11:30am on 13th . Very disappointed that the room hasn't been cleaned yet when i back to room at 1:00pm . After that i was waiting for service until 5:00pm but still nobody came . I made a call to customer service once again to request tidy of room at about 6:00pm when I ready to go out of dinner . It made me extremely angry when i back to room at night , I found that only the bed sheet was changed and other such as rubbish bin was still full , table was still dirty and shower gel was still vacancy. So i made a call again to complaint with customer service why ignored my requested service but the response and attitude from your colleague "Kyle" was very very bad and also blamed of me . It was incredible and made me crazy . I lived in different hotels in the past 2 decades and it was my first time to come with this kind of poor service and attitude like this . It is absolutely not respect attitude, impolite and unacceptable behaviour . Is it your normal attitude and service for other clients ??

位置極佳，住房舒適
飯店位置好，對面有便利商店，飯店的餐廳也好吃。走出去就是新沙洞逛街區，計程車司機也找的到。床大小剛好，冷不會直吹床溫度適中，廁所洗手太很大洗臉也不會濺出來，有免治馬桶。淋浴間有蓮蓬頭跟花撒很方便。還有浴袍跟拖鞋很貼心。
