the parking guy forgot to turn off the engine of the car. it was winter the battery was out. the reception guy was not that considerate before. i undertand due to covid, there are shortage of staffs. but i think u should educate your newbies.

The room was very clean. Lighting was dim, and the room had a NYC STUDIO appearance with exposed brick walls which added to the ambiance. We had the jacuzzi room and it was very clean, The jets were not very powerful. The bedding was great Overall the stay, service, and room were good.

I stayed one night in a Jacuzzi room and my only regret is I didn’t stay longer. HUGE room and the jacuzzi could have fit four people! The staff was pleasant and the amenities were so that you wouldn’t have to bring any toiletries. The property is just a few blocks from a subway line (be sure to download Naver to get around, as Google doesn’t work in Korea). I’d absolutely stay here again without batting an eye. Definitely a great break from the “party districts” like Iteawon or Hongdae but still close enough to get anywhere rather quickly. - Solo traveler in my early 40s (but a couple would be VERY happy here).
