Pretty cold and unfriendly
I stayed in this hotel in February, the weather was not so cold, but it was definitely much colder in the room inside! My bed was right next to the window and in the morning I always woke up frozen. Only after everybody started to complain, the hotell switched the heating on, the very next day it was turned. So stay was pretty cold and unfriendly.

Hostel to avoid in the winter.
Well, by -10 degres at night outdoors, my room did not have any heating, room was so freaking cold, and attendant refused to give me a 2nd blancket...... The truth, I had to sleep with my clothes on (pair of jeans plus double-pair of socks plus sweater plus 2nd poloshirt, .....PLUS my jacket)......... :( and I was still so cold, barely slept for 2 days). :( Just mentioning by the way too, that thin blancket that I had, had some hairs on it when I arrived, and there were weird traces of Idon'tknowwhat on the wall.

Room description on Orbitz is NOT accurate at all.
When I got to my room, I realized I was totally scammed. Room was TINY. I'd reserved the Deluxe Room, but it must've been the Standard Single Room. The photos are deceiving. Worse, the description of the rooms is a complete lie. First off the description says, "Private bathroom, shower, rainfall showerhead." There was no toilet or sink in the room...only the shower. That is NOT a private bathroom. And when I asked the guy working there about the private bathroom, he pointed to the shower. I don't know what they consider a "rainfall showerhead," but it's just the normal handheld showerhead in there...nothing special about it. Why are they trying to make the description sound better than it is? Even worse, there was NO air conditioning in the room, even though the description says there is. I asked the guy about that, and he pointed to an old vent in the ceiling that he said is the AC, but that they only turn it on in the summer. Well, that's not AC then. And he was totally rude. The "premium bedding" is also a lie. It's the most basic bed possible. Make sure you understand that you're NOT getting what the description says. It's a scam. The good reviews must either be fake or from people checking in with no expectations. The photos look nice. The actual room does not! I called Orbitz immediately and was on the phone with them for an hour. But they refunded my money & helped me find a new hotel. I checked out of this hostel an hour after I checked in & got the hell out of there.
