The areas around the hotel is safe and close to subway and bus stop. There is a small park one block away. Very convenient to several restaurants in area. The staff is professional and helpful

Clean, safe, and very polite friendly helpful staff. Ice cold water and fresh ground coffee in lobby. Solid air conditioning made it comfortable inside even in basement suites with no windows. Room was spacious. Sadang station is very close as is Pastel City and a bunch of other food options in and around side streets. Good place to stay for a trip to Seoul.

外部ドアと内部ドアがあるため、館内通路の騒音が殆ど室内に入ってこない。また、周辺道路からの騒音もあまり届かず、静かな環境で就寝できる。朝食は予約でW10,000のようだが、毎日食事内容に変化がないのは残念且つ、質的にも若干費用対効果に欠けそう。フロント従業員の質は高いので、安心して宿泊できる。地下鉄駅出口から50～60ｍなので近くて便利。

【問題点】 　地下3階の角部屋でしたが、ドアが外開きでした。隣の直角面の部屋のドアが掃除で開いており、大きく重い扉の為、我々の部屋のドアにかぶさり開かなくなった事がありました。ドアを叩いて助けを求めていたら掃除の方が気付き外へ出られましたが、これは消防法に引っ掛からないのでしょうか？？ 　災害時や、空港へ行く日の朝にこんな事態に巻き込まれたら大問題です。特に窓が無い部屋なので。 あのドア間隔と配置での外開きは避難時の妨げになるので、あってはならない。 　フロントに電話しようとも、通常どこのホテルにも置いてある館内案内もなく番号が不明。後にフロントで聞いたら「 0 だけど」あっけらかをんと言われました。 　笑顔で多言語対応できるスタッフから、英語がほぼ通じないスタッフまで、接客レベルの差がありすぎる。 　真下に地下鉄が走っているらしく、音が響く。人によっては耳栓が必須。 　脱衣所のドアが無い、タオル掛けがない、館内案内が無い、２日目にテレビが映らなくなった、コート掛けが低すぎるなどなど、部屋はお洒落だけど使い勝手が悪い部分が散見された。 【良かった点】 　地下3階という密閉された空間ではあったが、スイートの為にかなり広いお部屋で、シャワーと洗面台は１階と２階に各々設置されていたのでとても便利だった。テレビとソファーセットも２箇所にある。仕事用デスクもあり。 　コンビニが数件、食事をする所も数多くある。ショッピングセンター的なものもあり、果物屋やパン屋で朝食が調達できるので、部屋での朝食も可能。広いキッチンがあり、レンジもあるので大変重宝した。 ８番出口から２分で立地が抜群。仁川→金浦→サダン駅 と空港バスで直行。帰路も空港バスはほぼ定刻で来た(早朝だったから？)。 毎日タオルを替えてくれ、掃除も行き届いた印象 。１階にコーヒーマシーンがある(できればミルクが欲しい)。

Decent hotel, awful breakfast

Decent hotel. Welcoming and helpfull staff, clean and decent rooms with nice bathrooms. Good location just around the corner from Sadang metro station (exit 8). BUT, the breakfast is a disaster, possibly the worst I have ever seen. The selection is cold pasta, supermarket toast with margarine (nothing else!), and rice. Absolutely not worth playing for and an embarassment to the hotel.

조식 포함 결제 했는데... 조식 시간이 다른 호텔들과 달리 8시 30분부터 시작되어 조식을 하지 못 하고 나옴. 다른 조치도 해 주지 않음. 아침 일찍 출발하는 출장 분이시라면 조식 비 포함 숙박을 권함.

잘 쉬고 갑니다.

직원들께서 모두 친절하시고 위치도 좋았습니다. 방도 넓찍하고 욕조가 매우 맘에 들었는데 사용은 못해서 아쉽네요. 바닥도 카펫이 없어서 좋고 청결했습니다. 제가 허리가 안 좋은데 침대가 매우 좋았습니다. 고급호텔도 허리가 아픈 베드가 있어서 걱정했는데 잘 쉬었습니다.조식도 단촐하지만 맛이 좋았습니다. 소시지가 제 취향입니다. 다음에 또 오고 싶어요.
