Bidet was broken, saw on other reviews, they reported but didn’t get fixed, so I just gave up moved next day to another hotel, shower splash water horizontal instead of downpour so u have to hold the head all the time like plumber made a joke, will not recommend though used to be my stay in Korea for past 15 yrs but sadly no more

南大門には近くて便利　　明洞まで徒歩10分ホテル自体は、古いアメニティが、バスマットがなかったソウル駅にも徒歩圏内なので便利ですが次回は利用しません

ホテルが古いため、客室は広く、スーツケースを2台広げられます。部屋が臭い、またお風呂のシャワーカーテンにカビがたくさんついており、バスタブもついていましたが、お風呂でゆっくりつかる気には全くなれませんでした。タオルも古く黄ばんでおり、ほつれていたり、バスマットも置いていないとの事でした。立地はよく駅もすぐ近く、コンビニは目の前にありました。アメニティも古く使い回しかな？と思ってしまうレベルです。もう利用はしないです。

日本語も大丈夫、スタッフの方も丁寧親切でした。駅の出口からすぐのところが良かったです。目の前にチキン、コーヒー、コンビニ、２４時間ラーメン屋さんもあります。明洞にも歩いていけます。また行きたいです。

フェフォン駅や南大門や明洞に近く歩いていけるくらい立地は良し。静かな場所でコンビニCUも目の前あり便利です。子どもも含め３人で予約してたのですが1日目はアメニティは2人分でした。その後足していただけました。

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。調度品が落ち着きのある雰囲気でリラックスできました。シーツやお部屋も清潔にお掃除されています。窓が大きくて、街の様子が見れたので異文化を楽しめました。また泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

立地は最高

南大門市場やリムジンバス乗り場から近くて、また明洞へもソウル駅へも歩けるので、立地は最高だと思います。昔からある老舗のホテルでした。

가격대비 가성비는 좋았습니다 객실 내부의 가구들이 오래되고 바닥이 카페트로 되어 있어 조금 찜찜했지만~~~ 햇볓도 잘들고….프론트도 친절하셨고…. 교통편도 좋고…..다음번에도 이용할 것같네요~~

사전 안내된 시설믈 정보와 내용이 다름. 자정이후에는 근무 직원이 없어서 다른 작은 출입문에 비밀번호 입력하여 들어 올 수 있음. 프론트 데스크 직원은 친절한 편이나 호텔 매니저는 안하무인. 2인입실시 키가 하나문이라 항상 함께 다녀야함. 자정이후에는 근무 직원이 없어서 키를 리셉션에 맡길 수도 없음. 귀가 시간이 정해진 기숙사 같음. 복도와 룸에 습한 냄새가 심함.

今回も満足!

日本語の話せるスタッフさんも居て、安心して泊まれるホテルです。コロナ前の韓国旅行の時は過去30回以上は利用して居ます。明洞に行くにも、南大門に行くにも徒歩5分位で行けるのでお買い物三昧の70代後半と80代前半の姉妹にとってはとっても便利な立地条件です

清掃がいまいちだった

ソウルでの宿泊は、喫煙ルームが有ったからいつも宿泊してましたがコロナの時期に火事が有ったらしく禁煙に変わってたので、もう利用しないかな。廊下に下水の匂いが強くなってた気がするスタッフさんは、皆さん親切だから、勿体ない。
