"Notre séjour à Sheraton Annaba Hotel a été une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin. L’hôtel est magnifique, moderne, élégant et parfaitement situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et impeccablement propres, avec une vue superbe et une atmosphère reposante. Le personnel mérite une mention toute particulière : extrêmement gentil, professionnel, chaleureux et toujours attentif aux besoins des clients. Chaque membre de l’équipe nous a accueillis avec le sourire et beaucoup de bienveillance, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le service, le confort et la qualité des installations reflètent parfaitement les standards d’un grand hôtel international tout en conservant l’hospitalité algérienne. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et généreux, et les espaces communs très agréables.
