「一整棟的VILLA還有自己的泳池，真的是蠻不錯！只是設施都不算太好，百葉窗有點不靈光，有一間浴室的水流很慢都會有點淹水，還有一度跳電，但是值得稱讚的是，飯店服務人員對於我們的問題都有盡力並迅速幫我們解決，有一個檯燈一打開就爆了，電線還斷掉，有點嚇人，但是隔天就迅速換新，相當有誠意！另外入住還有迎賓飲料，早餐就是Villa外的咖啡廳，但是早餐沒有很早開始，所以如果有行程很早要出門的就可能吃不到了，早餐還算普通，記得點咖啡可以喝到正宗峇里島咖啡，大概有1/3杯都是咖啡粉很特別～」

「Hotel Arsa Santhi was an absolutely lovely place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The grounds, including a garden and a pool, were beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a luxurious large bed. The wifi worked but was not perfect. Breakfast was included and was delicious with generous portions. We were dropped to the fastboat port for free. Overall, an extremely enjoyable stay.」

「I and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kalyana. The staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. Responsive to questions / pre-bookings prior to our arrival from the US. We stayed in one of the wooden bedroom private pool villas. It was absolutely gorgeous - serene, and private. I was worried about mosquitos as it’s completely surrounded by rice fields.
