The motel was run down and desk area was dirty. Our room had no heat and it was 20 degrees outside. The smoke alarm was missing, bed were bowed in the middle needing to be replaced. Trim around the sink was laying on the floor and there was only 1 towel. The desk person was very rude and refused ...
