「Five stars is not enough for this gem of a hotel. Before we arrived Benjamin was attentive and helpful. When we arrived we had a fantastic tour of the hotel and its Onsen Spa and pool. We met the pets and were able to explore to our hearts content. Our room(s) was beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean and spacious, with lovely views over the gardens. The children were made to feel incredibly welcome and enjoyed using the pool and spa. The onsen is particularly special, magical even....

「L'appartement est impeccable et décoré avec goût, calme même si donnant sur la rue, équipement complet pour un séjour. Tout était parfait. Pas de note pour le personnel puisque je n'ai pas eu de contact direct mais en revanche les instructions données par SMS puis par mail sont parfaitement claires et permettent une totale autonomie à l'arrivée, pendant le séjour et au moment du départ. 「A rather tired property but the room and bed were very clean. Decor and carpets are very tired but appear clean. Big surprises were no drink making facilities in the room, no cup in the bathroom, a hideous shower arrangement over a tiny bath where the shower screen opens inwards over the bath leaving about 6” of space to climb through before struggling to close the screen. If you’re more than a 34” waist, best not to risk it. There is an external fire escape from the 1st floor but the steps...
