“This is a beautiful property with a lovely patio. We loved eating out under the canopy! It is 2 miles from the town, but a short walk to the beach through the neighborhood across the road. There is an excellent Gelateria a short walk down the road, small grocery stores, a fruit stand, and little restaurants. The property itself is nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much! ”

“"We spent one week in mid-October at Villa Stauder. We have visited many holiday apartments and houses around the world, but Villa Stauder ranks at the top of our favorite places. The facilities were exemplary, and the cleanliness couldn’t have been better. The view from the terrace to the sea, surrounded by 220 olive trees in a paradise-like garden, made the accommodation truly special. We love tranquility, and we found it there. “Had a lovely time in Le Camere Pinte apartment. Located in the beautiful hilltop town of Sermoneta with its castle, lovely cobbles streets and great views.
