“Väldigt fina rum. Hade lite problem med att komma in men det löstes väldigt snabbt och smidigt av ansvariga på plats. Platsen låg väldigt bra i Arona med promenadavstånd till bra restauranger. Rummen var lite kalla men det var en väldigt skön och varm säng så man sov fantastiskt bra.”

“Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano ”

“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung verlief problemlos via WhatsApp. Der CheckIn verlief ebenfalls problemlos via QR Code und Schlüsselkasten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der kleine Spa Bereich ist ein kleines Highlight. Parken kann man direkt vor seinem Haus. Einziger Nachteil vielleicht, dass es sehr hellhörig ist und je nachdem was man für Nachbarn hat oder Hunde, die bellen, kann es für den ein oder anderen störend sein. ”

“The photos cannot do this property justice, it's just beautiful. The town location and the lakeside terrace are fantastic and the extended grapevine-covered balcony from the master bedroom is very special. We spent hours playing in the lake- apparently the cleanest in Europe.Francesca was extremely nice, super-helpful and fast to reply- she really went over and above what you'd expect from a host”

“Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Check-in hat uns ein kleiner kulinarischer Leckerbissen erwartet und auch beim Check-out gab es noch ein persönliches Geschenk. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Der See ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe und perfekt für eine Abkühlung im Sommer. ”

“What an amazing place to spend a couple of summer weeks! A well-equipped villa with a wonderful open-plan living area, big garden, large pool and a view that takes your breath away. We could easily walk downhill to the village but be prepared for an uphill return. Communication with the owner was excellent and all questions were answered promptly and fully. “We’re a group of 14 people who stayed in the three apartments. The accommodation was comfortable and the central apartment served as a common dining area for all of us with a large dining table and good kitchen. "Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
