"We had a very nice stay overall at the Iberostar Selection Es Trenc. There was some confusion with our reservation at check-in, and we also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room. However, the staff worked to resolve both situations and the AC was repaired during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, about 13 minutes from Es Trenc beach, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Despite the initial issues, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the staff’s efforts to help resolve everything. We had a great vacation overall and would consider staying here again."

"Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not reflective of the branding, price point or photos online. The hotel felt chaotic, poorly maintained and far from the luxury boutique escape it claims to be. Cleanliness and hygiene were a major issue throughout our stay - including hairs in room and mouldy water bottle provided in our room. The most concerning incident happened at 7am when a large flower tile attached to the ceiling crashed down onto the outdoor seating on out balcony, waking us up suddenly. A serious safety concern and completely unacceptable. Service was inexperienced, sloppy and unhelpful throughout. Common areas were untidy, the food was very average, and the overall atmosphere lacked any sense of refinement or comfort. Ironically, the gym was probably the best facility - but even that was dirty and poorly maintained. We booked this as a special birthday weekend and ended up leaving early and relocating to Palma because the hotel simply did not feel clean, safe or relaxing. Would not return or recommend."

"Everything was good except the WiFi, very slow in the lobby and the room. For some reason I couldn't coffee in my room, no problem with tea, and the water bottles weren't refilled each day. Very good little shop across the road for coffee and water :-) "

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back! "

"Overall the hotel was set in lovely grounds but first impressions were poor as the man at reception who greeted us was lacking in any communication skills. He asked us immediately if we wanted spa access, then a coffee machine then finally access to a workable safe (all at further expense) which made check in disappointing. He misdirected us and then didn't offer any assistance to get to our accommodation which was 10 mins away. The room was comfortable but tired and smelt of drains often. Please note that the hotel is situated right next to a stagnate lake so there are mosquitoes everywhere 😬"

"We had a nice stay! The apartment is cute, very close to the beach, some restaurants and also a grocery store. The bathroom was clean and with a lot of space and the shower was large too. One thing that could be improved is the kitchen cleaning, also because we found some used sponges (by the previous guests) and an open packet of chips and the room smelled ‘’closed’’. Anyway we would choose this apartment again! Nice neighborhood, nice town and great home."
