“The property was beautiful as were the common areas , rooftop bar, dining area and the individual rooms. Downside the balconies were not real balconies, which was a bummer because that was unexpected. The only other negative is that we did not have hot water for the first three showers that we took despite making multiple complaints. We were told that it was a common problem. It did eventually get fixed. As a very nice gesture, we were gifted with a bottle of cava and a charcuterie tray,……

“Our stay at Hotel Torre del Mar was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. “Fantastic spot. The rooms are nice and luxurious while still being priced well. The property is also very well maintained and run by some of the best staff I've had the pleasure of coming across. The location itself is a quick walk to both the strip of your main shopping stores, and the wharf/bars. Old Town is also a brief 10 minute walk away, so this location is very convenient. Definitely consider this hotel if you're looking for a good, easy stay in Ibiza.”

“Rooms were very small and basic, not at all what was represented or expected of a luxury resort. When we spoke to staff about upgrade, they said this was “standard” for Ibiza. There were also no umbrellas or chairs for guests on the actual beach. The only reason for more than 1 star was the breakfast, which was consistently above average and had excellent service.”
