We booked a room to house our luggage while we did a short trip to Lombok and all our belongings were safe and secure. I was also expecting a parcel to arrive and the staff helped me to receive and hold on to the package while we were away. Really appreciate the service. And love IZE! 」

「Very new and clean. Even smells clean. Very close to the beach. Amazing staff. Need to go through a dark dirt road which isn’t long to get to the hotel. But it was like 20 seconds walk only. Felt very clean, amazing value for money. 」

「We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve. The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...
