“When I checked in, I was impressed. Everything was spanking new, as this is a brand-new hotel. Every amenity that was mentioned was present.
I was appreciative of all of Mr. Susai's assistance. He did everything in his power to look after me. He added enjoyment to my journey. The personnel at the hotel is exceptional. I had five-star service from them.
The difference was made by the staff.

“Decent room. Clean, Good staffs and essentail amneties. 2 Suggestion
(i) improve cleanlines of the outdoor (front entrance and side entrance, side road)
(ii) offer a clean and decent driver accomodations with essentail faiclities for accompaning drivers. Most of tourists hire a car & driver for couple of days or weeks when toruing India. A good and clean driver accomodation could be selling/inflence point for more bookings/considerations. ”
