"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "The staff was wonderful. Although we didn't opt for our room to be serviced, they always offered towels etc. The standard rooms are huge and the ocean view is magnificent! The included breakfast was beyond our expectations. "

"Difficult to locate property for check in since porperty called Sea Sound Apartment and not Sesimbra Cliffs. Was only able to locate property after Expedia agent contacted owner and told us the property was located at Sesimbra Cliffs. Once we were able to get to property, person showed us all around and very friendly. Nice ocean and city view. Provided no cooking supplies, only a few spice bottles."

Contact with the hosts was excellent with quick responses to questions and it was obvious that the comfort of guests is very important to them.
