「Die Unterkunft war sehr ansprechend und der Service ausgezeichnet.
Allerdings hatte Expedia den Rechnungsbetrag, der letztes Jahr im Dezember von mir beglichen wurde, nicht an das Hotel weitergeleitet.
Diese Unstimmigkeiten mussten am Abend Vorort geklärt werden und tragen nicht zu einem entspannten sundowner hinzu !!!」

「This property is WONDERFUL, from the warm greeting on arrival, so the gorgeous facilities. Its location to Sesriem (Dead Vlei) and Namib Hot Air Ballooning make it the perfect spot for a stay. We only wished we had spent more time here to enjoy the gorgeous spa, pool and quad biking experiences. Will definitely be back.」
