Sinteticamente: il personale è gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile. L’hotel però non è assolutamente da 4 stelle. Deve essere ristrutturato pesantemente e aggiornato anche nei dettagli e nelle dotazioni di base.

Beautiful hotel

What a nice stay we had, although only few people speaks English they did their best to help. Hotel is beautiful and the views are amazing. very clean and roomy.

This is a really very nice but quite tired hotel which is due for some renovation. However, it was a really nice experience and we are especially grateful to Andrea in reception who was exceptionally helpful and charming. Breakfast was good and the town is very nice.

Una buona prima impressione, sia del personale che dell' hotel in genere.. Pulizia , ordine sia nelle sale comuni che in camera. Letto comodo e ottimo buffet di colazioni. Vale un quattro stelle .. come forse era in passato.. Due volte positivi in due anni diversi.

Buona accoglienza in hotel, ambienti eleganti , camera confortevole, pulito, colazione a buffet molto varia e di buona qualità.

Fascinoso albergo in stile primo novecento.

Grandi spazi, ma la nostra camera era piuttosto brutta. Mobilio "d'epoca" (vecchio volutamente). Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione. Colazione bella e abbondante. Cene mediocri, porzioni piccole per un centro dove si fa tanto sport durante il giorno. Una cena (l'ultima!) assolutamente rimediata, senza apparente ragione se non che erano rimasti pochi clienti. Personale molto gentile e premuroso, ma con pochi mezzi per rispondere alle richieste dei clienti. Complessivamente un labergo con bella posizione e fascinosa aria demodé, ma con ristorante assolutamente inadeguato alla valurazione 4 stelle. Ritornerei, ma con scelta della camera migliore e senza mezza pensione!

Hotel pulito, personale gentile. La camera assegnata ( probabilmente l'ultima) non è da hotel a 4 stelle.30/40 anni fa era sicuramente un hotel di lusso, oggi avrebbe bisogno di un importante ammodernamento.

da rimodernare ma la sostanza rimane

hotel in centro, camera grande con materasso dall'ottimo sostegno, personale gentile e professionale (come nei 4 / 5 stelle), parcheggio gratuito (fondamentale), ottima cena (per me economica), ottima colazione. E' vero: occorre rimodernare ma la sostanza rimane. E' un 4 stelle. La clientela è molto educata, galateo perfetto (abbigliamento / stare a tavola): nessun bambino urlante, nessun cane a tavola, nessun tono di voce troppo alto. Se vi piace il finto cool (un po' di parquet, due candele, due cuscini in cambio di camere anguste e prezzi da capogiro) e vi sentite importanti perché il proprietario vi chiama per nome questo hotel non fa per voi.

Hotel semplice

Hotel pulitissimo e personale molto disponibile. La stanza con soffitti alti era anche discretamente grande con mobili antichi ma tenuti molto bene, il bagno, seppur vecchio, era quasi più grande della stanza. Le 4 stelle che porta non sono all'altezza di quelli che veramente è. Diciamo che è più un 3 stelle. Il parcheggio è molto piccolo e non riesce a contenere tutte le macchine, bisogna pparcheggiare per il paese ma tra dischi orari e zona a traffico limitato è difficile trovare un posto. Se si arriva da un lato del paese si rischia di non vederlo per la mancanza di insegne. Il davanti della struttura a mio avviso molto bella è chiusa o comunque piena di neve e quandi difficilmente accessibile se non oserei dire impossibile. La colazione è abbondante. Nel complesso per avere un appoggio per le piste da sci per un paio di gg è consigliabile.
