「From the moment we checked we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who took the time to show us our room, The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the gardens and pool area, Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Although this was a 3 star hotel, in our opinion it's was 4 star +. And would not hesitate recommend the beautiful hotel.」

「When we arrived they advised our dinner reservations were cancelled because a large wedding party had booked the restaurant. We had booked this months in advance.The door knob fell off the door and we could not lock our room. The shower hose came loose from the wall and sprayed water every where. The wedding party band kept us up til midnight. Room service breakfast arrived cold.The hotel is beautiful but not a good experience.」
