“A nice flat with a wonderful terrace in a small village up to the mountains, beautiful landscape and vegetation. A car is a must and careful driving is important to mention. Private parking is available. In 15 minutes you are at the centre of Chiavari, beach/promenade and the train station. Either drive to touristic places you want to visit or take the train, both are possible. We enjoyed driving as well as traveling by train, especially to Cinque Terre. “We loved Julia & Paolo’s place, it is very charming. Apart from the extraordinarily beautiful view, the place offered a very relaxed way to experience the Cinque Terre. There were so many thoughtful things that made the stay more pleasant, like the washing machine, the fact she has some basic food in case you arrive late and want to cook for yourself, the coffee machine etc. It was also lovely to visit their restaurant in Vernazza and see a concert with Julia singing with her band! “Loved this 4 level apartment! Location was amazing. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was great! We brought a car to Riomaggiore and we worked with owner for private parking. There is public parking but not guaranteed. View is nice from multiple levels. We were Ages 67, 51, 20 & 18. We were all in pretty good shape so we were able to handle all of the stairs/steps. But I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with knee or health issues. Our 20 & 18 yo LOVED the Rocky areas right by apartment and swam……
