The apartment has a bright living room thanks to a large glass door, which leads out onto a private balcony with stunning mountain views. The balcony has a table and deck chairs where guests can relax. The living room has a sofa, coffee table, sideboard and flat-screen HD TV. The dining table seats 4 people. The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave and fridge.

Location
The apartment is in the centre of the resort of Sestriere, close to the ski lifts and shuttle bus. In the winter months, the slopes suit skiers and snowboarders from beginners to the more experienced. There is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing.

There is a huge range of activities for summer visitors; mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, rafting, golf, horse riding and swimming. The activity centre, Luna Park, close to the apartment, offers stunt biking, skateboarding, roller skating and much more. For something more relaxing, try Le Sorgenti del Mendia spa (15 minutes drive) in Pragelato.

The area also holds many festivals and events for all ages throughout the year, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings. There is a wide variety of restaurants and bars in Sestriere, to suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sestriere has supermarkets and smaller shops selling local specialities. Turin airport is a 1 hour and 25 minutes drive from the apartment.
