L'annonce n'est pas mensongère, la plage, la mer et de petits commerces dont restaurants sont très proches, environ 5 minutes à pieds. Seul (petit) point négatif: la route proche de la maison qui en journée peut-être un peu bruyante, mais franchement pas au point de gacher les vacances. Nous avons eu un petit souci durant les vacances avec la machine à laver le linge (ça arrive). Le problème a été réglé en 2 temps 3 mouvements, avec un remplacement à neuf dans la journée, efficace et en plus avec le sourire! Je recommande!

Wir waren mit elf Personen für zwei Wochen im August als Gäste in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle üblichen Haushaltsgegenstände sind vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern lief wunderbar. Familie Campello war immer erreichbar und auch bei Ankunft sowie Abreise sehr flexibel. Ein defekter Sonnenschirm wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Gastfreundschaft.

I stayed here with a group of friends in July 2018 and it was fantastic. The house is bright, spacious and clean with a large garden and all the amenities you could need. The air con downstairs in the living area was a great bonus too. The location is ideal for both the beach (5 minute walk) and exploring Sete, the bus stop is just around the corner, as is the local convenience store. Plenty plenty of parking available too if you have a car. Overall a great experience and I hope to visit again soon!

Nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Französische Sprachkenntnisse allgemein sehr von Vorteil, die Kommunikation funktionierte aber trotzdem:) Das Haus ist gerade erst fertiggestellt und in einem super Zustand. Ein paar Küchenutensilien fehlen noch, wie z.B. Brotmesser, Suppenlöffel, Kaffeetassen und noch ein bis zwei Töpfe. Was aber nicht weiter schlimm war, wurde das Teewasser halt in der Pfanne erwärmt:) Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Waschmaschine, Senseo, Toaster, alles vorhanden. Ein Grill befindet sich ebenfalls im Garten. Die Fotos zeigen übrigens die grössere Doppelhaushäfte. Alle Schlafzimmer befinden sich dort in der 1. Etage. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche unten, sowie 2 Badezimmer oben, eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne. Autos können auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Im Preis ist die Endreinigung schon enthalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und würden jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub machen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit:)

une maison idéale pour découvrir Sète quand on est nombreux petite réunion de famille dans notre cas la plage juste a cotés est superbe et peu fréquentée le centre de Sète très sympa , avec une histoire et une vraie vie, pas comme les stations balnéaires du coin. nous avons eu la chance d' assister à un tournoi de joute dans le canal le dimanche descriptif maison tout à fait conforme et propriétaire très agréables.
