  • Facing south and offering direct access to the beach, this luxurious contemporary villa of 180 m2 on 2 levels is ideal for 6 to 8 people. Strolls by the sea and swimming at all hours of the day and night are available to you thanks to its location on the seafront. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms including a master suite, 3 bathrooms, 2 separate WCs and a high-end contemporary kitchen opening onto a covered terrace for outdoor dining in the shade.
    - Luxurious, bright and functional interior
    -Equipped with Wifi, safe, hairdryer, fireplace, microwave, toaster, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker.
    -Outdoor: terrace, private heated pool, barbecue and garden furniture
    -3 bedrooms for 8 people with 3 double beds and 2 single beds. In the master bedroom, spacious bath, dressing room and direct access to the swimming pool.
    -Children welcome

    Its landscaped garden of 800 m² and its swimming pool in black glass paste with solar heating allow you to cool off without supporting the crowds of beaches during the summer heat.

Wonderful place within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Centrally located for trips to numerous places. Jean Louis was friendly and responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Super Haus in toller Lage

Perfect villa for a worry free vacation

we had a fantastic week in the beach house with the beach in sight and a lovely swimming pool. everything you need is there and you can get fresh croissants every morning by bike. It is a quiet area yet 50 meters from the promenade and beach. An ideal place to be with friends and/or family.

Lage, Lage und nochmals Lage

Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist einfach genial, alles (Strand, Restaurants, Einkauf usw) in Fussdistanz erreichbar. Sogar eine Busstation mit der man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum ist, ist praktisch vor der Haustüre. Klar an die Fussbodenkühlung muss man sich gewöhnen ist aber so wie beschrieben.

Perfect resting days in Sete

Less than hundred steps from the sea, this stunning villa is a perfect base to discover Sete and area but also to chill with friends or family. Everybody will be pleased by privacy, details, comfort.…. The host is very welcoming. It could just be completed with a shower in the mastersuit bathroom, AC in the bedrooms and mosquitos-curtains when you sleep with open windows.

Wir haben in der letzten April-Woche eine wunderbare Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Lage und Haus sind top. Da wir es nicht sahene der Hinweis, dass der Pool "nur" von Mitte Mai bis ca. Ende September bezeheizt ist. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Pas de vraie climatisation et hôte très désagréable

La maison est uniquement dotée d’un système de refroidissement par le sol qui permet, au mieux, de gagner 4°C par rapport à la température extérieure (qui peut monter à plus de 33°C en été). Avec ce système, le sol se couvre d’eau en permanence par condensation ce qui est très gênant. Par ailleurs le système ne fonctionnant pas au début de notre séjour, le propriétaire a fait intervenir un technicien pour le rétablir. A la fin de notre séjour, il nous a réclamé le paiement de cette réparation alors que nous n’étions absolument pas responsables du problème. Nous avons évidemment refusé et il s’est alors montré extrêmement agressif et insultant. Il a fallu que le service client d’Abritel intervienne pour le faire renoncer. Nous avons l’habitude de louer des maisons qui sont conformes à leur description et dont les hôtes sont aimables et de bonne foi, ici nous n’avons pas eu cette chance.

Traumurlaub in wunderschöner Villa

Diese wunderschöne Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht, die Lage direkt am Strand durch den Gartenzugang ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Herr Bouvet ist sofort zur Stelle wenn man Hilfe benötigt und hat uns mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten emfpangen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub nächster Jahr sofort wieder gebucht, vielen herzlichen Dank für alles und bis nächstes Jahr

Fantastisch huis op een geweldige locatie.

In één woord fantastisch. Het huis, de locatie en niet te vergeten de verwelkoming door de eigenaar. Aan alles is gedacht: fietsen, speelgoed, ligbedden, alarm op het zwembad (wat rust geeft met kleine kinderen) en een fantastische uitgeruste keuken.

Excellente Villa mit direktem Zugang zum Strand

Das Objekt entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung des Vermieters. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass wir unsere Hunde auch im Garten frei laufen lassen konnten. Besonders haben wir den direkten Zugang zur Strandpromenade, den Stränden und den umgebenden Grünanlagen genossen. Ebenso die unterschiedlichen Fahrräder, mit denen wir zahlreiche Touren in der Umgebung gemacht haben. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Eigentümer hat uns persönlich mit lokalen Spezialitäten begrüßt und stand für Rückfragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Phantastisches Haus mit tollem Garten in ruhiger Lage

Ein modernes, sehr gut und großzügig ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr schön angelegtem Garten samt Pool. Die bereit gestellten Fahrräder funktionieren sehr gut, sogar ein Tandem steht zur Verfügung. Trotz Stürmen und wechselhaftem Wetter konnten wir den Urlaub dank des tollen Hauses in vollen Zügen genießen, vielen Dank an den Proprietair! Wir kommen wieder!!
