On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) opening onto the dining room (table, chairs, sideboard) via a breakfast bar. A large bay window leads to a 25 m² terrace. There is also a toilet with a washbasin and a living room with a corner sofa and television. Upstairs, there is a master suite (double bed) with its own bathroom and terrace. A second bedroom has a sofa bed for two people, and a third bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) for two people. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as access to the upper garden and a shower room. This accommodation includes Wi-Fi access, a travel cot, and a high chair.
