“The house has a heated pool, which allowed us to swim and sunbathe! Although the house also has air conditioning, nothing beats lighting the fireplace and spending some time chatting! Excellent architecture and decoration. Perfect location, in the countryside near the wonderful beaches. The hosts were very friendly and dedicated. We will return again and I recommend it to everyone looking for an ideal place to relax!”

“Stayed here just one night en route from Lisbon airport to Lagos. We had flown overnite from Canada. Very clean, a bit Spartan, but functional for a one night stop. Staff was friendly and helpful - spoke excellent English. Property was smallish, but a nice little oasis in an industrial area. Has a pool (January - we didn't use it) and a nice covered porch area. Very pleasant.”

“Nice hotel with large rooms. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. We stayed here on the way to Lisbon from the Algarve. Sines is an industrial port city. I’d recommend staying in another city. We drove around the city a bit before checking and that was all. That’s the reason for the four star rating rather than five. ”

“Very clean and a great breakfast with hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, all kinds of fruit, yogurt, cereal, granola, all kinds of beverages, rolls, sweet breads, and more!”

“The room was very spacious and had a great view. We only were disappointed in lack of professionalism in staff. At the breakfast, we found the young employees hogging a coffee machine, chitchatting. No regard to guests who paid for the breakfast, not as a part of their fringe benefits (I am assuming that staff can eat the same breakfast as guests at this hotel?). Only driveway to the parking was extremely steep and scary. A lot of water damage in the room and building. Very awkward building……
