No communication from owner !!
No emergency numbers ie Doctor ,Dentist, Vet, Fire or flood or electricity. No information about shops bars restaurants or places to visit. Very very overlooked and close to neighbours with barking dogs and Crowing early morning Cockerel!!!. Had NO contact with owner apart from 1 Phone call never saw the man . Unable to discuss various problems with A The oven that kept switching itself off and didn’t,t reach temperature! B Front door unable to lock properly!

Great holiday house
Really great family house for week in the Comporta area. Close to Pego Beach (about 5 min drive) which is the best beach in the area and also close to Carvalhal and Comporta beach. House is just off the Main Street in Carvalhal which is a quiet small town with some lovely shops and restaurants and a 2 min walk from the house. Dealing with Francisco was easy and is was very helpful. The house itself is well equipped - large living space downstairs , big TV, WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine etc. Really could not fault in any way. Good aircon, bikes available and a nice small pool in the garden. Really great holiday spot !

Great place! Pictures are accurate. Really enjoyed it.
House was well stocked with the essentials. Plenty of air conditioning. Very clean. Very happy with our stay. Loved Carvalhal and Pego beaches. Eat at 5 Sentidos while you are there.

Joli villa Rose
La Communication avec Francisco se passe bien et il est très reactif. La récupération des clés super pratique. Surtout si on arrive tard . Comptez 1h 40 de route de l'aéroport de Lisbonne. La maison était propre . Mais aurait mérité une bonne aération avant notre arrivée. Elle est bien équipée. Linge de lit ,de toilette, de plage. Pastille vaiselle et liquide lave linge . Papier wc . Savon pour les mains. Jeu de sociétés etc Piscine fraiche mais en avril c'est normal. Terrasse agréable ,équipé dun barbecue, salon de jardin , petit coin sympa apéro ou coin tranquille . Grande Table pour manger à l'ombre. Ne comptez pas trop sur les vélos, quel dommage... Soit leur entretien ou leur utilisation n’ont pas été correcte. La plage est à 3 km environ 30 minutes à pied et il y a des trottoirs tout le long. 5 minutes en voiture . Parking intérieur avec porte automatique. Jolie Villa dans lotissement . Bruits des animaux la nuit . Il y a des petites supérettes mais pas de grand magasins à moins de 30 minutes . Prévoir les courses en une seule fois ou à chaque excursions . On a passé un bon séjour. Merci .

Alles sauber, alles gut gepflegt , sehr freundlicher Vermieter . Nur die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft sorgen ab 7.00 Uhr morgens für das Ende der Nachtruhe . Im Urlaub nicht wirklich hilfreich.
