This Ultimate Oceanfront condo has the absolute best views on all of 7 mile beach!! Situated in a uniquely forwarded position 10 feet from the beach, and boasting more than 180 Degrees of uninterrupted views up and down the famous 7 mile beach!!

Private, yet conveniently located in the center of 7 mile beach for walking to restaurants and shopping. Water Sports rentals right next door, on the beach.
5 minute walk to Camana Bay with upscale shopping, gourmet dining, coffee shops, ice cream shops, deli's, views of the North Sound, 3 story scenic overlook and Stadium seating movie theater.

Dive and snorkel operators offer courtesy pick up right at the condo. Take a day trip to Rum point, visit the Turtle Farm, swim with the dolphins, take a stroll through the Botanical Gardens or drive the island and be sure to stop at the blowholes along the South Side.

Great View Small Beach

The accommodations were excellent and lacked nothing. The beach was much smaller than it appeared to me in the online pictures. We overcame the shortcoming by swimming around the seawall to. Areas where there was a wide long Sandy Beach.

Great condo, great location

Everything was fantastic! Condo was just as described and the kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed over Christmas so enjoyed having everything we needed to cook. Check in process was a breeze, and so responsive to texts with questions we had. Location was short walks to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Honeymoon Location

My wife and I stayed here for our Honeymoon. It is a great property conveniently located on 7 mile beach. The living room doors open up to a patio that is literally 4 feet from the ocean. It is a perfect place to sit and have a drink and watch the sunset! The unit is very modern, clean and well stocked. They had 2 beach chairs, pool noodles and a small beach umbrella we used. They also had beach towels available . The check in process was great. The property manager sent a message with a list of nearby restaurants, grocery stores and even sight seeing opportunities. We used their suggestions for a couple restaurants nearby. We also decided to go further up 7 mile to check out other beaches using the beach chairs and umbrella. Overall, this unit is great especially for a couple or a family with a small child. I would highly recommend and definately stay there again!

Awesome beautiful property

What a gem! Waking up right next to the water, swimming at 6am, and enjoying the waves in the evening is just a few things you’ll enjoy. Everything was clean, stocked and perfect. My only suggestion would be to update some pictures to show that no dry beach is available. It wasn’t a big deal for us but I could see how some people would rely on beach access. Jumping from stairs right into smashing waves wasn’t easy some days, otherwise, absolutely loved our stay!

Clean and accommodating

I had trouble getting hot water to showers and sinks, but turned out was mostly my fault not understanding how to operate. The bathroom sinks are too small to practically use, especially with that glass shelf so close above the faucet.

Glorious

One of the most beautiful places on the planet to view and connect with the ocean <3. Incredibly comfortable and modern residence just steps to shops and restaurants. The most incredible sunsets and sunrises and the views make this place the perfect peaceful getaway. Would highly recommend and definitely return. Deception/False advertisement

Very disappointed that what was online was not accurate. They show large beach area with lounge chairs and umbrellas which was what we based our decision on. Surprised a format as popular as Vrbo would allow this to happen.

Excellent!

I’ve been coming out to Cayman for over 14 years and love it. I’ve stayed in this unit a few times now and have had a great experience with the unit, the manager and the hosts. Everyone is so friendly, the service is fantastic, and you can’t beat having the ocean right outside your back door.

Beach access not as advertised

The property is very nice and the property manager was amazing. However there is no beach in front of the unit… the whole reason we booked it. You have to drag a chair to the property next door just to have beach access. They really need to update their pictures and descriptions.

Incredible Condo!

By far the most well-stocked kitchen in a condo we’ve ever stayed in. The beds and bedding were top-notch. The location was fantastic, and the views were breathtaking. Fegurson, the property manager was always available to assist and answer any questions.

Christmas stay right on the beach beautiful views

This was our first time staying 10 feet away from the shores of any beach, but with all the safety, beauty and amenities to enjoy at our fingertips. We rented the bottom unit and top unit as we were two families with 8 people in our group. The units were well decorated, well stocked and washers available. Everything is walkable, we made few dinners and breakfasts in the apartment, bought groceries nearby, ate at Camana bay restaurants and at a small diner for breakfast. We enjoyed everything. The cons were this property is in the southern side which suffered from recent storms and the sands got washed away near our apartments , so we couldn’t play or use the beach water but took walks every day. The water is very rocky so water shoes are recommended. We went to other beaches like cemetery, presidents, rum point , starfish beach etc. we didn’t rent a car and we took public vans. We used Captain Marvin’s boat tour and they picked us up and dropped us off by the units. The biggest issue I had was everything was super expensive in this island but all in all beautiful serene place to come visit once, for families with kids.

Slice of heaven

Loved staying in this attractive, comfortable place literally on the water! Great sunsets and the beautiful sounds of the sea. Would advise renting a car to take advantage of all that Grand Cayman offers although there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed at this condo with 3 children and it was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed; all we bought was food. The general manager Mr. Ferguson was very attentive to any questions or needs that we had. Everything is within walking distance. The ocean is steps out the back door. The mini balcony was a dream. We loved drinking our morning coffee and sitting in the Adirondack chairs while watching the ocean. Every morning there was staff cleaning the sand off of everything; chairs, tables, balcony. They work very hard to keep this property clean. My one and only complaint is when the beach got busier, there were many people passing and hanging out in front of the doors on the balcony which was extremely obnoxious. We even had a couple sit on the chairs right in front of the doors drinking beer. Other than that we loved this condo, and will be back!
