“On arrival to the guest house there was a nice 'welcome' laid out on the bed with flowers and decorative towels. On arrival the shower was dirty with hairs from the previous guest left on the tiles, floor tiles stained as the shower has a drainage issue, and the shower pressure is extremely low when set to warm, I would describe it as a drizzle of water. The toilet was also poorly cleaned on arrival, and stained. The two decorative bath towels on display for arrival were unfortunately the……

“Myself and my husband enjoyed everything about the property. The view was breathtaking, food was delicious. Chef was very accommodating to our needs, very comfortable and clean bed.. and last but not least the massage was amazing.. I will definitely come back.”

There aren't any major restaurants, supermarkets or other commodities near by so walk with any snacks you may like, but the freedom of being in nature, eating local fruits on the property, being able to hear yourself think without distraction was well worth it.”

“Room needs some work bed was shaking the closet and bathroom door couldn't close properly. There was no space for fiolded clothes just some hangers. And to note also if AC needs to be turned off when not in room it should be mention on the website. Bed also was poorley constructed..”

“Beautiful hotel. It was clean & even though it is not the newest & some parts of the room or resort were rusty, you could smell the cleaning products and it was cleaned thoroughly. The hotel staff is only helpful if you ask them a question. They will not check on you if you’re at a table, will not inform you about hotel amenities, things to do on the property, things to do in the area, etc. It is just a nice place to sleep & everything else, you pretty much have to figure out on your own. “It was close to the beach and easily accessible by public transportation. The AC worked well. There was warm water for showering. Would have been nice to have a washing machine in the apartment. Overall the property was great.”

“Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. The colleague brought my bags to the room but first was treating me as if I was a friend he……

“The place was beautiful how ever the service was poor what made it worse was the place had minimal people actually in the resort and 20-30 minutes to get a drink at the pool was absolutely unacceptable”

“The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”
