"When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time."

"The condo was a bit beat up. Very tired. The gas fire place was not working which was a little disappointing. We had a nice time but the property wasn't worth what we paid for it."

"We did a quick overnight after a day of snowboarding at 7springs. Would absolutely stay again. Condo was exactly as advertised. We got caught in a snowstorm - about 6-8 inches fell while we were on the mountain - and the condo association had taken care of the roads so wr had no trouble "

"My family of 4, me with husband and 2 daughters had a great time staying at this property. It was very close to the mountain for skiing and the shuttle comes every 15 minutes. The property has everything you will need for meals and entertainment. We enjoyed watching one of the dvds after a day of skiing. The bedrooms were great - each girl had her own bed (2 in the room, no bunk) and their own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Seven Springs. Thank you Christine for your hospitality."
