「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」

「The first lady I encountered at check in was very nice and helpful but the man who was the desk at checkout was not very nice and actually pretty rude. He did not even acknowledge I was standing there and acted like I was bothering him. I would not have expected such service at such a nice establishment. Very disappointed. Put a damper on a nice time we had in Tennesse. 」

「Carrington was so unbelievably nice to us, assisting us every step of the way on our first vacation, from start to finish everytime he say us walk through the lobby he made sure we were having a great time and gave so much consideration. He even went out of his way to give us great recommendations for where to go. He is by far the best member of staff there in our opinion. It was our first vacation and he made sure it was very special and meaningful to come to Nashville. Thank you!! Best hotel...

「Rooms were very affordable for the location and very nice and updated. We didn't care for the pool being right next to a bar , suggestion would be build a wall for some privacy. Served free breakfast from 6am-9pm and I am not an egg person but have to say their scrambled eggs were the best I have ever had. We would definitely stay here again if or when back in Nashville 」
