“The hotel was an older building but the room was very clean and comfortable. The check-in process was unusual but worked out and the manager was friendly and accommodating. The motel was quiet which is what I needed. I enjoyed my stay.”

“This place was super stocked with all the basics plus games, books, bikes, and ping pong. Evan cooking ingredients were here. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Service was prompt. We would gladly stay here again.”

“Clean, loved the turkeys and chickens, spacious. Several arteries within walking distance. And 10 minutes from Capitol Reef which is the reason we were there ”

“We wanted to love it but a few things were lacking. The microwave was dirty and the bathtub/shower water had a hard time draining. There were no towels when we first arrived but the owner fixed that immediately. We couldn't get the tv's to work. The fans although rattling worked fine. ”

“Refreshing change from a hotel! There was some dirt/dust in a few spots, and hair on the floor and even walls… Keurig machine handle was broken. TV had streaming (PlutoTV or similar) channels but no local channels or major networks. Very scenic and woodsy and nice to get away from noisy downtown streets and highways. However, there was only one other unit that was occupied when I stayed, and for whatever reason they decided to put us next door to one another instead of spacing us out a bit,……

“Instructions were perfect. Location was perfect. So much space for the family to unwind. Kids loved the personalized rooms. Everything was extremely clean and new. Wade and Brittany were extremely proactive to make sure we knew exactly where to go. 10/10 will do it again. ”

“Getting in and out was an issue at first, as our codes weren't set properly. But once that was resolved, things were good. Also, the mattresses are memory foam, which was ok for my husband, but not my favorite. Everything else was good. An old hotel that has been revamped. But it has everything you need to have a good stay.”
