treetops, this 3- 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom cozy retreat extrudes warmth and

tranquility, blending seamlessly into its natural surroundings. The rustic

charm of the exterior gives way to a beautifully appointed interior featuring

comfortable living areas accommodating up to 9 guests, a fully equipped

kitchen, WIFI, and large bedrooms. A private hot tub and outdoor fire pit

invite you to relax and unwind beneath the starry night sky while a scenic

view of the surrounding woods provides a breathtaking backdrop. Experience the

perfect blend of seclusion and convenience in this secluded haven, just

minutes from Pigeon Forge's attractions and activities.



Living Room:

Enter the serene living room, where the rustic charm of the Smoky Mountains

meets modern comfort. Two plush couches in earthy tones surround a crackling

stone electric fireplace, inviting you to snuggle up with a good book or share

stories with loved ones. Natural wood accents and wooden beams add warmth and

texture to the space, while large windows showcase the surrounding woods and

allow for plenty of natural lighting. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment

options for family movie nights. The soft glow of table lamps creates a cozy

ambiance, making this room the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the

great outdoors.



Kitchen/ Dining Room:

Step into the warm and inviting kitchen, equipped with all the amenities you

need to prepare a delicious meal or snack. This kitchen features warm wood

cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a

stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Whip up a

hearty breakfast or cook a delicious meal for your family and friends easily.

The kitchen island provides additional counter space and seating for four

guests. A coffee maker, blender, and toaster are at your disposal, making it

easy to enjoy a cup of joe or blend up a smoothie. And you can enjoy your meal

at the 8-person dining room table, surrounded by the cozy ambiance of this

charming mountain retreat. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter

dishwasher pods are provided.



Game Room:

Go up to the open loft with high ceilings, where you will find a game room.

Challenge each other at a few rounds of pool or play your favorite board game

at the table and chairs for four or the arcade game table. There are two

couches for more seating, one being a sofa sleeper. There is a sound system on

the wall where you can enjoy music while you play. Down the hall, there is a

shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

the huge backyard—a fire pit beckons on chilly evenings with plenty of

seating, inviting relaxation and rejuvenation. Take a short stroll through the

surrounding woods, where wildlife roams free, and the sounds of nature fill

Locations/ Roads/ Parking:

The cabin is conveniently accessible by vehicle and motorcycle in Sevierville,

Tennessee. There's ample level parking available for up to three cars. You're

only a quick 10-minute drive to the heart of Pigeon Forge, 20 minutes to

Gatlinburg, and 15 minutes to the stunning Smoky Mountains. Nearby, you'll

find Dollar General and Kroger for your shopping needs. With this prime

location, you're just a short drive away from all the attractions and

activities downtown Pigeon Forge offers.

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.
