Welcome to A Whole New World! “A dazzling place I never knew, but when I'm way up here, it's crystal clear, that now I'm in a whole new world with you”.
This beautiful, 3-story 2070 square foot log cabin offers 4 bedrooms, a Home Theater, a large game area, spacious decks, a hot tub, Mountain Views and you can hear the sound of the Dollywood train from here.
The cabin is located just minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and all the attractions, shopping and dining that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer.
There is parking for up to 3 vehicles and easy access into the main level of the cabin.
The cabin offers high-speed Internet/Wi-Fi and cable service throughout.
Main Level:
The Main Level features the living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and access to the deck with ample seating and gorgeous mountain views. The front porch offers a table with seating, a bar with seating, rockers and a gas BBQ grill for your convenience.
The living room offers plush leather furniture, a stacked stone gas fireplace, a large flat-screen HDTV and access to the spacious deck.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything to prepare a feast-meal. The kitchen island offers seating for 4. The dining table is just off the kitchen and seats 8. Step out onto the front porch for a cookout on the gas BBQ grill and enjoy the meal at the outdoor table. The outdoor pub with stools will soon become your favorite place.
The master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, large flat-screen Smart HDTV and private on-suite master bathroom and access to the deck. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, large flat-screen HDTV and shares a full bathroom with shower/tub.
Upper Level:
One level up, the Upper Level features a private loft area with a king bed, futon and large flat-screen Smart HDTV.
Lower Level:
The Lower Level of this cabin offers a Home Theater, Game Room, private bedroom and access to the deck with ample outdoor seating and a hot tub. The washer/dryer is located on this level for your convenience.

Needs some TLC
Property listing misleading.
Very limited parking. Heat in basement (game room, 4th bedroom) didn’t seem to work. Space heaters were provided. Cooking pans where old and need to be replaced. Lots of trash over back deck in woods. You can tell property management doesn’t take care of the grounds surrounding this house.

Our Cabin experience
When we arrived at our cabin from the outside I’d say it was just what we were expecting. Rustic wooden cabin on a mountain. Very steep road on the way up. The parking was a little difficult. You pull in at a downward angle only enough room for 2 SUV’s. To get out you have to back out drive way up the hill and turn around in another cabins parking lot.
Inside the cabin... Big as we expected but not as clean as we would have liked. All linens and towels had to be washed, and there was also a lot of dead bugs...Just to name a few. It has 4 rooms 3 with Tv’s. 2 with cable boxes.
The living room did not have a cable box but does have the ability to log into Netflix.
Movie theater! An awesome idea no cable box but has a DVD player(Must have your own DVD’s) The surround sound did not work.
Game area was nice as well but pull table not level and falling apart to the point the balls will fall out of one of the pockets.
Outside - The Hot tub had to be the best feature in our opinion. There was a grill onsite but tied into main propane tank that was empty. So No grilling for us...
Despite everything we did end up enjoying our stay.
We spoke with Bethany upon arrival about the cleanliness of the cabin. She apologized and offered us Tickets for the Titanic. That was a great experience.
Later that night and throughout our stay we found the other problems.
We called back spoke with Jennifer.
She was very polite and understanding about our issues. She apologized, and took complete ownership. She felt really bad about our experience. She offered us a refund for 1 day. Considering the main issue with this cabin was cleanliness. We accepted.
After the experience with Jennifer we may consider booking with Timber Tops again in hopes to get a cabin that will be clean.

Overall it was a good experience. The location was a little tricky. Amenities were fine. Bed slept great and the kids had a great time.
