Cozy and quiet. Great location for the ones that are not afraid of heights.

Overall, this was a great stay. Clean and the air does work. If you didn’t bring your own towels, there are plenty put out for you including cute little characters made out of the towels. Would recommend it as long as you can deal with the hills.

Anniversary Getaway

Everything with the property was very nice, location was convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I would be wary of renting during the winter months! The hill to the house is very steep! The owners were very responsive and the house was extremely clean. Would definitely rent again.

Nice location

Definitely doesn’t sleep 7 unless you want to sleep on very uncomfortable pull out couches. Best case it’s made for 4 adults with 2 people per bed. Very clean though and very cute home.

Fall Trip

Cabin needs work. Fireplace in main room did not work, light switch in upstairs bedroom needs replaced. There appears to be something going on in ceiling of upstairs bedroom. Looks like Mold. You must also watch whatever the main tv is watching in downstairs bedroom. If this is fixed the cabin would be a much more enjoyable place to visit. The staff at Colonial was terrific. We would stay with Colonial again, but not at this property.

Very nice cabin in good location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Good communication with office. Very cozy cabin.

Cabin was great minor issues

Our stay was great only issues jets didn’t work no Wi-Fi that we didn’t know about and no cable tv in the down stairs bedroom. Over all beautiful place and extremely clean staff was wonderful after hours wasn’t as helpful but still very nice

Nice cabin. Perfect location

We had a wonderful time at the cabin for spring break. We were minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect for our sore muscles after hiking. We all enjoyed our stay and would say again if we are in the area!

Issues with cabin

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. We really liked the location. The only issues we had was the problem with spiders and cobwebs! The door leading out to the hot tub would stick really bad. The couch bed in the living room was horrible! It sank in the middle and The sheets we were provided did not fit. The problem was several springs on the bed are missing. Other than these issues, the cabin was very accommodating.

Nice cabin and location

Cabin is nice with nice layout and location is great. Easy access to everything. Appliances are terrible and old. Only 2 stove burners work and there is NO frying pan. The little pan they have will fit 2 eggs, and it’s very beat up and not healthy to use. Fridge couldn’t decide if it wanted to be a freezer or a fridge! Would have been nice to have pillow cases with the extra pillows in the closet. It needs better cleaning as there are tons of spider webs all over back porch at waste level that have been there a long time as they are full of dust. (Pretty simple to brush them down)
