it was a very beautiful cabin. back in the woods. but when we got there the que ball for the pool table was missing, there was no HDMI cable for the XBOX, the chain lock on the door was broken, and there is a water leak in the back bedroom. the hot tub was also dirty, the stove was dirty, and there was trash all around the outside of the cabin. i will not be going back to this cabin.

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was beautiful and clean. We had a great time. It is as advertised, but we had the impression that the pool was closer to the cabin. Regardless, the pool was a hit for our family. Had a minor issue with the AC but the property manager worked effectively with us to fix the problem and sent matinence out immediately. Our family had a great time at this cabin.

It was horrible! Got to the cabin to realize the cabin had been double booked!

Horrible! The cabin had been double booked! Having no place to stay called vrbo about the situation was on the phone for four hours before we were connected to someone who could help! Little did that help! No one could accommodate us with a place to stay! So wouldn’t recommend calling vrbo cause they are no help at all! Will never use there vrbo to book anymore trips and recommend everyone I know not to as well!!!!

New year vacation

House was not clean. I called the cleaning service And they came immediately and cleaned the cabin again. Pool table only had one cue stick. The tv had no sports channel.

The cabin was exceptional. It had everything needed for a quick getaway.

Very beautiful cabin in a very beautiful location. The cabin was equipped with everything we could of possibly needed, accept for a spatula for making kiddos eggs in the mornings, but found out a spoon does the trick. :) The location was very secluded and private, but only a very short drive to the main attractions of Pigeon Forge. The owners were so helpful when the gate would not unlock at almost midnight. He didn't hesitate to answer the phone and help us get in. I would recommend this cabin and area to all. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with my family.

Cleanliness an issue, but beautiful and comfortable.

After check in We found the property lacking in cleanliness, we had to take about an hour to clean inside of the microwave, and the silverware holder and silverware because it was in a filthy holder. Utensil holder same way. Had to wipe down counters and table, and light switches and doorknobs. Whirlpool tub does not work. We were told to reset the switch, too no avail, it doesn't work. The cabin is beautiful and comfortable, and cozy. We had a great time other than losing an hour to cleaning, but in speaking with the owner, he was very cooperative and apologized and said he would refund 1/2 of our cleaning fee, and make sure the cabin would be cleaned properly for the next guests. Our stay was from August 9-13-20. So if the next guests answer the survey we will find out if he kept his word.

Worst vacation ever - mold, mold, mold!

Mold on carpet upon entry into bathroom, jetted tub full of mold and hair, shower head full of mold, and shower curtain full of mold. Hot tub not emptied, cleaned and refilled. Full of floating debri and hair. Washer and dryer full of mildew stench. Floor not clean, dust and dirt everywhere. My husband spent several hours cleaning with bleach and toothbrushes, vacuuming, etc.

Our family had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed the Christmas decorations that were in place! The cabin was clean, and when the front door lock broke, the owner was super quick to send someone over to fix it! We would definitely rent this cabin again. The owners are so nice!

Nice weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is accurately represented in the VRBO listing. The hot tub is amazing and our girls really enjoyed the indoor community swimming pool. My only recommendation would be to bring a fan if you like sleeping with one on as there aren’t any in the bedrooms. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and would definitely stay here again!

Was it all in the moon or just plain bad luck???

Ants, ants, ants, and more ants.....we had a very difficult time staying away from the ants in this cabin. Everywhere we went, they were there- kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room area, back deck, front porch. We are not sure what they were after, because they were there when we got there. We had to watch our food closely while cooking or they would take over in a few seconds flat. Oh, and for all of you that use your GPS to find your way, this cabin is hard to find. We searched for over 2 hours in the dark to find this address because our GPS told us we arrived at our destination once we entered the bear creek gates. We also could not reach the owners to get better directions. We called VRBO, and they couldn't reach them either. VRBO was nice to offer to put us up in a hotel for the night if we wanted all expenses paid. The resort has bad lighting which makes it difficult to find the cabin numbers in the dark. There was no light left on for us as a courtesy either. We finally found it because the VRBO customer service found a message to another renter on how to get to the indoor pool from the cabin. We just reversed the directions. Our nerves were frazzled by the time we got inside. We then found an old chewed up green bean on the carpet between the eating area and the living area that was not a part of our dinner. After all of this, we enjoyed the rest of the trip- The kids loved the bunk beds upstairs and of course the game options as well! We would have to be out of options to revisit this cabin again. Good luck with the ants and maybe finding a new housekeeper!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was super nice and perfect size for two small families. The location was great everything was clean access was simple overall great experience. I recommend this cabin for anyone thinking of coming to stay in the area. We have stayed here in this area probably 20 times and this cabin ranks among the best.

A good cabin with plenty of room

It was good mostly clean. Found Rice Krispie treat and fruit snack wrappers in the sheets on the top bunk. Also found a dirty sock on that bunk witch was not ours. The lighting over all bath tubs was non existent. We were not able to light the fireplace because the remote was gone and we could not manually turn it on. The hot tub was very nice along with the gaming system. We would stay at this cabin again despite the other things.
