Enjoy your fresh cup of morning coffee out on the home’s private deck under the natural shaded canopy, planning out the day’s list of activities. In the evenings, there’s nothing better than a relaxing soak in the bubbling hot tub to help ease the rest of your stress away.



When you’re ready to turn things up a notch, The Parkway is your direct route to all the fun and entertainment of downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Be sure to drop by the Sevierville County Courthouse to snap a selfie with the life-size statue of country music legend Dolly Parton, afterward heading over to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge for a fun-filled day of roller coasters, rides, live shows, and true Smoky Mountain hospitality. More family-friendly activities await in nearby Gatlinburg, such as Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, one of the top-rated aquariums in the U.S. Don’t miss a visit to the Gatlinburg SkyBridge, the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America for the best panoramic views around. For bigger stakes, the loft offers a pool table where the shark in you can tap into your competitive side.



This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between a private bedroom, a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a twin size bed in the loft. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV and Jacuzzi bathtub. The home’s full bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Famous country singer, Dolly Parton, was born in Sevier County, making it a monumental place for devoted fans to visit. Dollywood, a family theme park jointly owned by Parton is located 8 miles from the home.
