Beautiful views

House has a spectacular view. Furnishings in kitchen need updating like dishwasher and refrigerator and hot tub needs upgrading. It was comfortable enough and good location.

TN stay

Plenty of room for our family. Chairs on porch were not very comfortable. Rockers would be nice. Beds are above average for comfort! Would be nice if each bedroom had a dresser or closet for clothes. Cleaning crew before arrival was not very thorough. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive. We had a very rememberable vacation.

Amazing Family Reunion!

From amazing views to a house large enough to fit our entire family, we truly enjoyed our stay. When we had a minor issue with the A/C unit, AvantStay was responsive right away via text and sent someone to fix the unit. Check-in, house manuals/rules, and even pre-arrival communication and recommendations were available via app, so we knew what to expect prior and during our stay. Great customer service is a major aspect of our choice in lodging and I would definitely consider AvantStay for future family vacations.

Perfect for big family vacation!

Some of the descriptions of the bedrooms were incorrect including a jack and Jill bathroom between 2 bedrooms, most include bathrooms, etc. the hot tub could definitely be upgraded along with the fridge, didn’t get very cold, tvs were a bit difficult to figure out the remote situations but overall had a great stay! The views were amazing and saw tons of bears in the neighborhood which was so fun! Everyone loved playing pool, hanging out in the large living areas, plenty of space for our family of almost 20 adults. Floors could use extra cleaning but overall extremely clean and would absolutely come visit again!!

Multi Generational Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. We also appreciated having enough toilet paper, toiletries, and laundry detergent for the week. Would definitely stay here again!
