Welcome to `Smoky Mountain Serenity Lodge,` a luxurious modern farmhouse cabin in the Smokies. Enjoy breathtaking views, a private, heated (indoor) pool, a hot tub with mountain vistas, a theater and game room and much more! With 6 unique bedrooms, cozy fireplaces, and a fully equipped kitchen, it`s the perfect retreat for relaxation, fun, and making memories. A prime location that`s just minutes from Dollywood, 15 minutes to Smoky Mountain National Park and about 40 minutes from Gatlinburg.

The space is fully loaded, offering plenty to do during your visit. Downstairs is a spacious and comfortable theater room furnished with reclining seats. The private indoor heated pool is a favorite of guests with its rare treat of mountain views from both the indoor pool and the relaxing hot tub on the balcony. Upstairs, there`s even more to explore with a game room that includes a pool table, jukebox, and a variety of board games, providing hours of fun for groups large and small. Everything throughout the home has been handpicked with love for each space. No two rooms are alike, each with their own unique style. This home has 3 King bedrooms, each with stunning mountain views, 2 Queen bedrooms, and one bedroom with built-in twin bunk beds furnished with a futon and hours of entertainment on the multi-player arcade table. All King and Queen bedrooms have an ensuite, and all 6 bedrooms have a Smart TV and extra pillows and blankets provided to keep you warm and cozy. If you`re looking for romance, relaxation, or to treat yourself, the electric, remote-controlled fireplaces on the main level can certainly provide you comfort and tranquility. There are 9 Smart TVs in the cabin with numerous apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Spotify (bring your own login). Enjoy a cup of coffee indoors or outside on the balcony snuggled in a rocking chair while watching the morning sunrise span across the gorgeous mountainous landscape. The open-concept kitchen is ready for you to enjoy cooking and entertaining; it comes well-stocked with many kitchen supplies so you can prepare your meals just as you would in the comfort of your home. Gather around the dining table with delicious food, conversation, board games, and laughs. Additional kitchen bar seating is provided. If you prefer to grill outdoors, you can breathe a breath of fresh mountain air while you grill and take in the views. Relax and enjoy good times and great memories at our lodge!

The guest will have full access to the home outside of an owner`s closet.

This house is located in a small, intimate group of homes tucked away in the Smoky Mountains.

There is plenty of parking onsite (up to 6 cars) and is easy driving distance of all the major attractions - Dollywood, Smoky Mountain National Park and much more!
✅ This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $70 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Cleaning and Damages

> Excessive cleaning after check-out will result in extra cleaning fee.

> Guests are responsible for damages.

> Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The refundable security deposit will be held for 7 days post check-out and will be refunded provided there are no damages. The damage waiver is recommended.



RENTAL AGREEMENT


1: RESERVATION INFORMATION

CHECK-IN

The check-in time is after check-in time on the first day of your reservation. Sometimes early check-in is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page.


CHECK-OUT

The check-out time is before check-out time on the last day of your reservation. Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Late fees will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out.


EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. If you have a need to check-in early or check-out late, you can also consider adjusting your reservation dates to be one day earlier or later so you have the place for as long as you need it.

NO REFUNDS

This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, the Guest and the Owner or Manager of the property. Your reservation binds you to a specific period of time. There should be no expectation of refund and there will be no refund or relocation because you are disappointed with the property you have chosen to rent or in the event that something associated with the property is not working to your satisfaction. There will be no refunds or compensation for: Acts of God, Mother Nature, acts of war or government agencies, road maintenance, gas shortages, power outages or water outages. Standard cancellation policies always apply. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.


2: ID VERIFICATION


IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Guests are required to complete the Happy Guest check-in and provide a photographed copy of their government-issued photo ID, with the Guest’s face, address, date of birth and photo clearly visible and in focus. The reservation billing information must match the information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information. In the event that a Guest refuses to provide their valid, government-issued ID after making a reservation, the Guest’s reservation will not be granted information to enter the apartment and your cancellation of the reservation will be in accordance with the cancellation information on your reservation.


BACKGROUND SCREENING

We may obtain background reports from consumer reporting agencies or otherwise review publicly available information about you, including sexual offender registration lists or databases compiling information about criminal convictions. By making a reservation, you authorize the use of your personal information (including name, address, date of birth, or other identifying information) to obtain these reports, and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, suspend, cancel, block, restrict or terminate your access to our services or reservations made or contemplated, based on our evaluation of such reports.


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We may refuse service to any individual for any reason(s) that does not violate federal or state laws. Reasons for refusing service to, or removing, a Guest or any other individual include, but are not limited to: refusal or failure to pay for accommodations; being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance such that the individual is disturbing the peace; seeking to use the apartment for an unlawful purpose; seeking to bring into the apartment an unlawfully-possessed firearm or any item, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroying, damaging, or defacing the Property or threatening harm to the Property, other guests, or residents of the Property; causing or permitting persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of the apartment; or refusing to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by the Company, including, without limitation, the House Rules and any published rules and regulations.


3: RIGHTS OF ACCESS

RIGHT OF ENTRY

Guests acknowledge, understand, and agree that the Property Owner, Property Manager, Hosts, Maintenance, and other staff reserve the right to enter property at any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check damages, make repairs, alterations, and improvements, as deemed necessary.

ACCESS

You acknowledge that your reservation does not confer exclusive possession or exclusive access. We retain the right to access and enter at any time as needed, however, we will attempt to notify you before entering the apartment as a courtesy to you except in the event of an emergency. If called upon, law enforcement will be granted immediate access.

KEYS / ACCESS CODES

Access codes and/or keys are issued to the registered Guest and work at the Check-in time.
