Splash happy

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this cozy cabin in Sevierville! It was peaceful, clean, and surprisingly spacious—perfect for our group of six adults and two small dogs. The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the indoor pool and hot tub were a major highlight. It’s a great spot for a short weekend trip if you’re looking to unwind in the Smokies. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for small family

Our family of four stayed in Splash Happy over Christmas. Cabin was clean and in a good location. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Pet-friendly was a huge plus. Our only negative was a large family across the street that stayed up pretty late and were a little noisy. We will definitely rent again.

Overall a good stay

It was a good stay at this cabin. Overall the place could use a lot better cleaning. There were hairs stuck to the floor and the chairs outside had a lot of dirt. Make sure to bring something to do basic cleaning on surfaces. This didn’t really bother our stay. If you want the cabin for the pool’s little waterfall then don’t expect it to be turned on as it wasn’t during our stay. Also if you want to have bbq in the gas and charcoal stove then bring your own fuel just to be safe as there wasn’t any gas left on the tank. As it says in the cabin description bring your own stuff! The pool table and games worked as intended as well as the hot tub. The pool was kinda on the colder side but was spacious and fun! Overall we enjoyed our stay but I think that there are little details that could be or could’ve been better.

Very nice cabin

Wonderful cabin in a good location. Pool and hot tub were clean and a lot of fun. The windows, rugs and outdoor furniture could use a good cleaning and the ashtray buckets on all 3 decks had not been emptied. Other than those minor issues the cabin was great and I would stay there again.

We were so excited for this trip.We arrive around 6pm so the office was already closed. You walk directly into the kitchen where I immediately became concerned. There was crumbs EVERYWHERE. The floors , cabinets and sink were filthy. We went to look at the pool and my words could not do it justice. Atrocious maybe? Hair, bugs and bandaids in and around the pool. There was even some type of oil floating on the top of the water. The hot tub did not appear to be much better. We leave to get things to clean up the kitchen area because I have severe food allergies and was very nervous I would get sick. Once we got back and went to get in the bed.. this is now around 10:30 pm we turn down the bed and there is HAIR all in the bed. Oh no! So we move on to bed #2 not only is there hair all in this bed but there is also a HUGE brown dried stain in the bed. We move to the bunk bed where we turn down the bed to find hairs and crumbs ALL in this bed. The floors had not been vacuumed. I wiped the indoor railing and the white rag turned black! The toilet seat had pee on it and there was a dirty wash rag hanging over the curtain rod. Believe this or not We are actually really easy to please and I even debated rating this cabin but this cost us a lot of money to stay 2 nights and we absolutely could not wait to get out of here! We had to buy new bedding and stayed away as much as possible. It was a miserable time and a lot of stress and$ for what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend.

Great house, great location!

This house exceeded our expectations from looking at the listing! Way more space than we expected. 3 levels of decks off of the back of the house with complete privacy! Unlike many rentals in the area, this one has a privacy fence around the hot tub, though it really wasn’t necessary as there is a line of trees between this house and the neighboring house. The view from the deck is all mountains and trees, incredible! The house was clean and space well appointed and the entertainment options for our kids were amazing! We hope to return!

Great spot

Loved this cabin rental. It was located near all our favorite places in Sevierville while still having the remote feel and privacy. The pool and arcades were a hit for our kids too.

Great stay!

We loved the cabin! My family and our small dog stayed for a few days and we enjoyed it so much. The pool, arcade and bunk beds were a big hit with my kids. We would definitely stay again!

Nice Family Friendly Cabin

Cabin is adorable! Christmas decorations were still up, and it was very festive! Loved that it was in the mountains but close to pigeon forge! Check in was late, didn’t get a call until 5:40. Called at 4:30 and I was just told it wasn’t ready but couldn’t give me any updates. Games on the second floor are great! Pool is nice, but was cold. Small problems, but nothing that hindered our stay too much! Oh, and an FYI, there is a full size gas grill on the deck! (We loved that surprise!)

Perfect name for a cabin

This was a fun filled vacation. This cabin has everything you need for a perfect getaway for you and your family. Splash happy made my daughter extremely happy from the bunk beds to the pool, hot tub and arcade games. Would definitely recommend to others as well as reserve again in the future.

Small But Great for Us

This property was in a great location right outside of Pigeon Forge. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub was a huge hit with the whole family as we normally were out late doing activities, so it was nice to not have a closing time. We put the kids upstairs with the big TV, pool table, and arcade games and they had a blast. This was a great property for families looking to do activities in Pigeon Forge, but also have the “mountain cabin” feel.

The 7 of us , 4 Adults and 3 children had a great time, the indoor pool is awesome and plenty big enough, game room is a lot of fun with pool table and 2 arcade machines. 2 master bedrooms are nice and set of queen size bunk beds in a corner nook in the game room. Cabin is close to all the fun but just far enough away for peace and quite.

Awesome Private Pool

We booked this location for the private pool as we did not intend on going out at all. The pool area is absolutely fantastic with the hot tub being on the same level. The sleeping arrangements were prefect for our group. The entry level balcony has plenty of seating which was great. Plenty of plates/cups/etc provided. There is a duo Keurig so I’d bring k-cups or ground coffee with you. Overall I very much enjoyed the property. A couple complaints, I did not receive the check-in / arrival information until 15 minutes prior to check in. I suspect I only got it then because I emailed them asking. If I wasn’t familiar with the area and coming from out of state I would have been extremely frustrated. They called to say they still needed information from me, which I provided the same day I received the request 2 weeks prior. Not sure what happened there, but compared to other properties I’ve rented, communication from the property management was lacking. Other properties typically provide complimentary k-cups or ground coffee to go above and beyond, sometimes it’s the little stuff that can make a stay better. I will say, the property itself is so great, I would still book this location again

Three Floors of Amazing!

Some say if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is, but NOT HERE! Everything is exactly like the pictures. This was the family vacation we had been wanting for so long. It was more than I initially budgeted for, but it was worth every penny. Check In was easy and cabin was supplied as promised. Views were amazing and built for relaxing. Location was perfect. A quick drive away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, but you would never know it because the view of the night sky off the balconies were good for stargazing. Neighbors were a fair distance away. I loved the surprise in my 4 kids (10m, 13m, 16m and 19f) eyes when they saw the game room and then were blown away when we saved the best for last- the private pool and hot tub! Not having to share a pool with other people and pools hours being 24/7 made this a dream vacation come true ❤️ Everyone had plenty of space and all the Pac-Man they could handle. My only issue was some of the pans were scratched needing replaced and now I have to learn how to live with only one instead of three bathrooms at home 🙂 Book it now because we are telling all of our friends and family! I know this was long, but I really could go on and on…ENJOY!
