交通方便，细节有待提高

距离景点非常近，但感觉距离五星级还有些差距，有点像高端四星级。无线网很差，在房间经常上不去，没有热水壶，要过来一个发现里面很脏没法用。早餐和四星级差不多。

The staff was amazing. I traveled in February, consider winter in Spain and the room was hot, the AC was not activated. When i open the window i could not sleep well due to the noise, the gace a busy street and it was ongoing noise. Not a very pleasant experience.

Start with the positives. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Location is excellent. However… This isn’t a 5* hotel at all, more like a 3* hotel. Rooms are dark, and - because of the excellent location near the cathedral - it is noisy, well into the night. The lift doesn’t always work. Not enough toilet roll or towels. Rooftop bar is difficult to access. Spa access is impossible - what the small print doesn’t say is that there’s no indoor pool and spa access must be pre booked and only one room can use it at a time. For our whole stay of one week we couldn’t access the spa as it was ‘fully booked’. The rooftop pool is small and not well maintained (as with other parts of the hotel) Public bathrooms are not too clean. The photos on the website are very well edited! Wouldn’t recommend a stay here, save money and stay elsewhere as it is a very walkable city so cathedral area is easily accessible.

​​Detailed List of Contractual Breaches: ​Infrastructure Failures: For at least 4 hours, there was no hot water in the room. The TV and Internet (essential for a 5-star stay) were non-functional throughout the duration. ​Health & Safety / Maintenance: The SPA was in a state of disrepair. The steam room ceiling is peeling off, with debris falling on guests. The indoor pool was cold (even though celebrated and presented as thermal circuit, and the rooftop pool was unsanitary. ​Fitness Facilities: The gym was largely out of order. Only the ergometer functioned; the multi-press is broken. ​Misrepresentation of Services (The "Romantic Package"): We were charged €50 for a "romantic room setup" which consisted of plastic rose petals strewn carelessly. This does not meet the standard of a luxury hotel and constitutes a lack of "assured characteristics." ​Professionalism: The massage service (~ €110) was significantly below the professional standard of a 5-star spa. ​ The accumulation of these defects constitutes a significant diminution in the value of the travel package. According to European consumer protection standards and the Spanish Código Civil, I am entitled to a price reduction proportional to the loss of utility. ​My Demand: I hereby request a total refund of €550 (representing a ~30% reduction of the base price plus a full refund for the misrepresented "Romantic Package" and the substandard SPA services).

We love this hotel. Every room has a unique plan, which adds a sense of adventure every time. It’s spotless , courteous, excellent breakfast and soft pillows. Only fault we could find, us Brits like mugs of tea, not tiny expresso cups! We coped.

The staff were amazing, from the front desk, bar staff, restaurants and cleaners, all brilliant. We had a problem.with our 1st room, and we were moved as soon as an alternative was found, a couple of hours or so. The room.was very spacious and clean. The location is fab for a first timer to Seville as lots of key sites and and bars and eateries all very close by. But maybe rather for 2/3 days, after a week we realised it was incredibly busy and noisy area. The only reason i did not give 5 stars was the noise - our room was above a busy restaurant and pastry shop and opposite the cathedral, whose bells time all night long and the sound proofing wasnt good. Would i stay again, yes i would, maybe for a couple of nights and i would ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

This is a very professional set up. The staff could not do enough for us. The architecture and interior are really different and cool. We strongly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The room spotless and comfortable. Finally a hotel with soft pillows.
