Fantastic hotel, ideal for a city trip to Sevilla. The view from the breakfast terrace is incredible! Rooms were nice and quiet, and the staff was extremely kind. Would recommend 100%!

A super clean and nice Hotel. It smelled great through the entire hotel. They have a fantastic breakfast and we really enjoyed it in our 3-night stay. Room amenities were great, free mini bar, free snack and coffee at the lobby, helpful and friendly staff, overall a great experience!

The hotel was perfect for a weekend break. Great location and amenities. Stylish and clean rooms and we LOVED the roof terrace for breakfast. The staff were super helpful as we had a very late arrival due to delays.

Staff are amazing, professional, friendly, and helpful. The complimentary breakfast food options and service is wonderful. A smaller modern hotel that excels in service, cleanliness, and is in an excellent location for walking to restaurants and shopping. The best meal of our day was the complimentary breakfast which is enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the canal and city street.

Very warm and friendly welcome by receptionist with a glass of cava. Helpful with advice and recommendations to eat. Room very clean with everything you need including free soft drinks in mini bar. Location perfect for all attractions no more than 5-10 min walk. Great rooftop plunge pool and sky bar for evening drinks looking across the river. Nothing to fault with this Hotel, a absolute recommendation.

Great hotel, fantastic location.

The hotel was fantastic from the moment we walked in. Everything was polished and clean. Teresa on the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming. She gave plenty of good information regarding the area and was a fantastic host. We - by chance - ended up having our stay towards the end of the Vela de Santa Ana festival, our room looked out onto the river so we watched the fireworks from our bed. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff were all lovely including the cleaners. Thank you so much.

A little modern haven - smells divine. We were in balcony room 403, which in September was in full sun and not usable, but beautiful view over the River - also reflected in mirrored closet door. Every amenity, double sinks, rain shower and handheld shower. Only one chair, no desk, little fridge. The front desk was kind and public areas well appointed and bicycles to borrow. Tiny pool but terrace on 4th floor for breakfast and evening drinks was very comfortable. King bed was true king (not two twins with middle “seam,” good bedding and towels. 100% pleased

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Great air con. Water bottles refreshed daily. Despite being in the centre of things the room was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and we had a lovely terrace with automatic sunshade. The Skyline bar/restaurant was superb and bar staff (particularly Thierry) were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and served on the skyline terrace. Most things were easily accessible within a 15 minute walk. Snacks and drinks were available in the lounge downstairs every afternoon which was a lovely addition. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and could find nothing at all to fault.

This hotel was recommended by friends and did not disappoint. Location and hotel were both excellent. Couldn't fault it. Lots of little extras like complimentary coffee and snacks all afternoon

The Kivir Hotel is as previously described by other guests is an excellent contemporary 4 star hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is kept very clean and the beds large annd comfortable, the free coffee and soft drinks in reception and in the room fridges are an added bonus. The breakfast served on the terrace is very fresh and good quality. The pool area is at best a plunge pool with uncomfortable deck chairs, nobody used it during our 7 day stay. The geographical proximity to the historical sites also makes it a good choice, with Triana just over the bridge. If I had to add a criticism it would be although the hotel is on the bank of the river, there is a 6/7 lane main road between the hotel and the river, with traffic 24/7. It makes it impossible to open the bedroom windows because the traffic noise is unbearable, even when the windows are shut. The hotel informed us they are upgrading the window soundproofing. There are also 2 clubs in close proximity which add to the noise nuisance until 2.00am every day. If you can live with these 2 issues, the rest is absolutely perfect.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at! As soon as you step in the lobby, the fragrant scent & the cold water drink welcomes you. The hotel staff are very attentive & responsive especial Sergio, Sebas & Rey at the terrace for breakfast and for Jesus at front desk. The rooms are very clean & well maintained. The hotel staff are courteous & friendly. It feels like home because we are well rested after a good night sleep -the bed & pillows are the best! Our special thanks to Senora Ma Del Mar Murillo for upgrading our room & for the bottle of champagne on our last night. Thank you Hotel Kivir for making our first time in Seville an enjoyable & memorable one.

The staff at Hotel Kivir was absolutely outstanding. Very accommodating, and so friendly and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. They were always happy to recommend and make reservations for our dinner. The breakfast is delicious with so many options and variety. I recommend Hotel Kivir.

Everything about hotel Kivir exceeded our expectations. Excellent customer service above and beyond! Teresa in Reception deserves an award for calming me down so calmly and professionally after my drive into the city traffic. And also for her help with our luggage and suggestions with restaurants around town.
