SUMMARY:
Very quiet and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment located in one of the most famous neighborhoods of the City, the Jewish Quarter. It is fully equipped and ideal for your visit to Seville as it is very close to the most important monuments of the city. Its PRIVATE TERRACE from where you can see the Giralda, makes it unique for our guests, and having a garage located in the same building and included in the price, makes it perfect for those who visit us by car (see parking conditions) . It is an ideal apartment for families and for Digital Nomads.
THE SPACE:
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with 8 apartments. The house faces a quiet and bright modern patio. Our apartment is distributed over 3 floors connected by an internal staircase. On the access floor there is the living room, kitchen and dining room, on the second floor the master bedroom, the second bedroom and the bathroom, and on the third floor the third bedroom and the private terrace. This terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. The third bedroom can be transformed into an office next to the private terrace to delight the Digital Nomads: work next to a private terrace with views of the Giralda de Sevilla.
All rooms have windows to the outside and systems to darken the room. They also have air conditioning and heating. The rooms on the first floor have wardrobes and the room next to the terrace has a large chest of drawers and some hangers for clothes.
The terrace is about 16 square meters and is equipped with a set of armchairs for terraces with a table. It has an awning and we have recently installed an artificial grass. It is a perfect place to enjoy the warm nights of Seville with a glass of wine.
All beds are of high quality and of ample dimensions (150 x 200 cm for the double bed and 90 x 200 for the other single beds). The sheets and towels that we will leave you in the apartment are of quality.
On the access floor is the living room where the TV, sofas and an armchair are located to be able to share with your family or friends the experiences of the day. The dining table is expandable and we have extra chairs for reservations with more than 4 guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. We have equipped the kitchen with all the utensils to prepare food for 6 people. Likewise, the kitchenware is sufficient for an occupation of 6 people. Also in the kitchen you will find small appliances such as toaster, kettle, clothes iron, etc.
The garage is in the basement of the building which makes it very comfortable. The square is suitable for medium-sized cars, being difficult to access and exit the parking lot for large-volume cars mainly due to the narrowness of the access roads to the parking lot (it is a small inconvenience that it has to be in the area of the Jewish quarter in the old part of the city, close to the monuments, but with narrow streets). In any case, following our instructions and help you will not have any problem using the parking lot. In the ad you have a photo of the square with my car parked (Citroën C4 7 seats) so that you can get an idea of the dimensions of it.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS:
It is a modern building in Seville that is arranged around a bright central courtyard. From the patio there is direct access to the apartment through a staircase and a walkway on the first floor (there is no elevator). From this patio we can directly access the garage located in the basement, where we have a garage space available for our guests. The building is located in a very quiet street in Seville
The parking is located in the basement of the same building where the apartment is located. It is a private parking for the owners of the houses in the building, so it is safe and comfortable if you travel by car through Andalusia.
Parking, which is included in the price of the reservation, is ideal for small and medium cars. For large cars (SUV, VANS, etc.) it is recommended to check before booking. The access streets are narrow because we are in the Jewish quarter of the historic center. Very close to the monuments, but with narrow streets.
PARKING CONDITIONS:
Parking is in the basement of the building and is accessed through narrow streets. If you finally cannot park in the car park for any reason (size of the vehicle, not feeling comfortable with the dimensions of the garage or access, etc.) you will not be entitled to any compensation. Non-use of the garage does not entitle you to a reduction in the rental price of the apartment.
ATTENTION TO GUESTS:
We will greet you upon your arrival and we will explain the operation of the apartment, we will provide you with two complete sets of keys, we will help you park your car and we will tell you many of the secrets of our wonderful city of Seville.
The arrival time is between 15:00 and 22:00. For arrivals before 3:00 p.m. we cannot ensure that the apartment is free and ready. We ask you to consult us. We will try to do our best to facilitate your arrival before 15.00. It is also possible to arrive after 10pm, although for arrivals after 10pm there is a late check in fee of € 20.00 which will be paid in cash upon arrival
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. Therefore we are going to ask you for 2 favors.
1.- If you have any problem with the operation of any one in the apartment or in the building, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If you have a problem in the city, if you have any questions about how to get something, any advice about the city, etc. we ask you to let us know. We will be happy to help you.
I will be available by sms, wattsapp, by mail or by phone during your stay. I live 20 minutes from the apartment, so in case of need I can be in the apartment in no time.
OTHER HIGHLIGHTS:
The house is located in an area of the oldest city. Therefore the streets can become narrow. All you have to do is be patient.
In the house we have 6 house rules:
1. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment and to have pets staying in it. If you need to smoke, do so on the terrace or on the street, but never in the common areas of the building.
2. Respect the rest of our Neighbors. Let's help maintain harmony in the building. Parties and noise at rest hours (23:00 to 9:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00) are totally prohibited
3. Before leaving, use the dishwasher to clean all kitchen utensils and kitchenware. We have left dishwasher tablets under the kitchen sink.
4. Deposit the garbage you have generated in the street containers before leaving on the day of departure. We will inform you where the closest container is located.
5. Make a rational use of the Air Conditioning. Use it only when you are at home and turn it off when you leave the apartment to visit the city. Not only will we help the environment, but equipment will work better when you really need it.
6. The community prohibits hanging clothes in the common areas and windows of the house. If you do laundry, please store it on the terrace or inside the apartment.
With the clear intention of complying with our tax obligations and in accordance with decree 28/2016 of February 2, regarding housing for tourist purposes, we have to sign a lease agreement that includes the conditions of your stay (price, hours of arrival and departure, days of stay, cancellation conditions, etc). All conditions correspond to the house rules and other specifications included in this announcement. Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of both the owner and the guests according to tourist regulations.
If you need us to issue an invoice for your stay, you only need to indicate the tax information to which we must issue the invoice and we will deliver it to you during reception at the apartment
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in the monumental area of Seville, within the limits of the old Jewish quarter of the city. Very close to the Casa Pilatos palace, and a step away from the Plaza de la Alfalfa, the Church of El Salvador, the Cathedral of Seville, the City Hall, and the royal Alcázares.
The most popular leisure areas are the famous "Carbonería", a bar with a lot of Sevillian flavor where you can coincide with some flamenco singing, the Arab baths on Calle Aire, where you can enjoy relaxing baths and massages, the bars and restaurants in the square alfalfa and the fish market square, some cocktail bars in the vicinity. You cannot get bored.
In the Plaza de la Alfalfa it is the perfect place for breakfast, since there you will find all kinds of breakfasts, from the typical ham toast, coffee and natural orange juice, to churros with chocolate, passing through patisseries and English breakfasts.
There are some supermarkets and shops around the apartment where you can buy supplies for the apartment.
ADDRESSES
To move around the monumental area of the city you must do it on foot, since most of the streets of the city center are not accessible to vehicles. You can use the public service bicycles. From the airport there are two ways to get to the apartment. The first is by bus. If you are going to take this option (the cheapest but the one that will take you the longest) you must take the Airport Bus to the Santa Justa train station. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, whose stop is at the exit of the arrival area. The frequency is 23 minutes and it is operating from 4:30 to 0:00. The price is € 4.00 per person per trip and the journey time is approximately 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa. You can buy the ticket on the same bus.
At the Santa Justa train station you should get off and look for the bus stop number 21, which is about 100 meters to the opposite side of the station. You have to take bus number 21 towards Prado de San Sebastián. The rate is € 1.40 for each person. The bus driver can buy the ticket. Get off at the stop located on Calle Menéndez Pelayo in front of number 55 and walk for about 3 minutes along Calle Estella / Calle Conde de Ibarra until you reach Calle Lirio.
The second way (more expensive but more comfortable) to get from the airport to the apartment is by taxi. There is an established rate for journeys from the airport to any point in the city of Seville. (Monday to Friday € 22.00, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays € 24.5. They can charge supplements for suitcases although it is not usual).
We have recently reached an agreement with a Transfer company to be able to offer a pick-up service at the airport. The driver would be waiting at the Seville airport arrivals gate with a sign with your name on it and would take you directly to the apartment. He knows what the apartment is and would let us know when you have arrived so that we are waiting at the apartment door. We only need to know the flight number, landing time, as well as the name and first surname of each of you. The price of the service is similar to taking a taxi in the airport queue (€ 30 for a transfer of 4 passengers and € 60.00 for a minivan transfer for up to 6 passengers) but somewhat more comfortable. If you want I can reserve it for you.
